We've been visiting this superb restaurant for thirty years. It's true that sometimes it's better than others but the lesser times have still been very good. The best times, quite frankly, represent by far the tastiest Indian food I've ever eaten. Rich, warm curries, perfectly spiced, with each spice recognisable. If you are in the area then please don't miss... More

I used to be a regular here back in 2011/12 as I was working in the area again I decided to pop in for my evening meal, I received the same warm welcome I had always received, it was a little busy but not too bad. I ordered promptly to avoid the table of 12 which was still deciding on... More

We were so disappointed with the service we received, especially after waiting a long time to try out this restaurant. Considering the cultural diversity of the area, the menue was not geared for pleasing the Indian palate. One of the diners was allergic to onions and when we were ordering the main dish, the options to make onion free dishes... More

From outside it looks like the best restaurant in the area with old vintage ambience. The food it great but not the best. Its run by couple who give the service which understands that you don't expect the best of the service and there are only 4 legs running around the restaurant with around 10-12 tables. Taste of the food... More

We live in harrow and tried the vintage after reading good online reviews. The decor was plusher than expected and we were seated promptly. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. However despite the food being of good quality with a varied menu, we were left feeling very unsettled by the indifferent, unfriendly management. They did not make us feel welcome... More

We had gone to pick up a take away order on 28th march, and when we got there a couple of dishes were getting ready. So we asked for a beer while the food gets ready. We moved towards an empty table to take a seat, and the owner at the bar shouts - 'hello, that is reserved - sit... More

awful food- the chilli paneer had horrid spices which kept my whole family up all night, terrible value for money, complete rip off with poor quality food- definately never going here again. It took an hour for the food to come.

I first reviewed the Vintage nearly 3 years ago and this is the first time I have repeated a review of a Restaurant, To gauge the consistency of quality, I had exactly the same meal I had in 2012 - namely an off-menu speciality treat of half a baby chicken to share and a straight forward Prawn Madras. The baby... More
