We go to this restaurant quite a lot.It could do with a makeover the décor is old fashioned and very dark lighting.Toilets need checking more often. The staff are friendly and always welcome us with a smile. We have never had trouble with service. Good value food and plenty of it. Suits all our family.Love the steaks.

A typical and large steak eating restaurant. Décor good as is the service. Good and wide menu and a suitable place to bring the family. Our grand-children often choose it

Great food - I always say that they have the best chips in London! Big and chunky, - bottomless too! Fish and chips is always big and crispy. Burgers are pretty huge too. Steaks aren't the best...we had the gammon once and it was really thin - looked frozen! Desserts are amazing. Blueberry cheesecake is highly recommended, as is the... More

Went last Sunday (8th) at about 2pm. They were not busy but service was very slow and drinks took ages to arrive. I got up to ask where our coffee and additional drinks were at one point - and I found them ready but left sitting on the bar! I waited a further 5 or so minutes for the drinks... More

What can i say its a beefeater so the food is always going to be average , but this resaurant is attached to a premier inn so they also do the breakfast for the hotel guests and the best way to describe the breakfast is below average

I am a temporary resident in the adjoined hotel where I have been for 9 weeks already. The place is large, clean and has free parking too. However the service all the time kills the enjoying experience every time. Do yourself a favour guys get some staff......

You get what you pay for and that's good food, good service and good value. It's not particularly great food but it fills a hole when you're stuck in the hotel next door. I would have given 3-stars but the service was excellent both at dinner (Thursday 15th May) and at breakfast (Friday 16th May).

We went here for a wake after a funeral and I have to say they went all out for us. The food was lovely and hot food was hot. Loads to choose from and they even cooked more sausages just because they children loved them. The drinks were cheap. It was a sunny day so we could sit outside. The... More

We had been recommended to visit the restaurant by the ultra efficient receptionist Yayo at the Premier inn next door. We choose a starter to share baked Camembert with garlic drizzle yum yum. We than decided to have the ribeye steaks mine with Chimichurri sauce and hubby had Diane sauce, both came cooked to perfection and piping hot and crispy... More

Bad experience for evening meal and breakfast We went into the restaurant to find it extremely busy. We waited for a few minutes to get a waiters attention to announce ourselves only to be greeted by a hand up to my face and "you'll have to wait I'm busy" - wow!!! Yes, I could see busy but surely there's a... More
