Always welcoming, always great.

Unlike the reviewer below I didn't drink over a litre of wine (with my kids) then complain it was too expensive!! Been coming here for years, the team are genuinely friendly & the food is always fresh & tasty. Keep up the good work Zaza :)

This is a new one on me. I asked for a large glass of white wine and was told they no longer sold a large glass of wine as 'customers couldn't finish it!' Instead I had to have 2 medium glasses to make up a large glass. I had 3 large glasses of wine - this meant 6 glasses of... More

We booked this restaurant since we had loved the food and ambience on 3 previous occasions that we had eaten here and we wanted to go back with our teenage son since he loves Italian food. We booke through the net and our reference was 25084. When we reached the restaurant was empty barring 2-3 customers. We asked the so... More

I love the Zaza menu and usually go to hatchend or Bushey- Bushey is much better /bigger/ nice outdoor area for the summer. Hatchend is more local for us but I would drive further now to go to Bushey purely because every single we dine there - our dinner is ruined by a loud/shrieking group of women. This seems to... I have been going to other ZaZa restaurants for many years and have always enjoyed the experience. Hatch End was the exception,it lacks the atmosphere of other branches and the food did not reach my expectation. The mussel starter was a "special" overpriced at 8.95 was appalling the mussels were minute and stringy. The rustic bread was really a large... More

We made a last minute decision to go out this evening and had been recommended ZaZa's. Staff were welcoming and attentive. We ordered the spicy sausage pasta and the prawn and crab risotto with a pizza to share. Both meals were stunning and we took half the pizza away. The restaurant has a warm, relaxed atmosphere and we will definitely... More

My son and I had visited yesterday evening for dinner. Pinner branch had no tables and this was just as close. Very good restutant although this is more cosmolitant over Pinner branch which is a fraction more elegant. But that should not put you off. I wanted a resturnant that had to offer the a la carte menu over regular... More

Having visited before for a friend's birthday a year ago and had a fairly a good experience I thought it would be nice to go again for my birthday and a friend's birthday. I booked over the phone for Friday evening 5.30pm for 5 people, 2 of us being birthday girls. I was called on the afternoon of the day... More
