I booked a table online. The hostess was nice. We ordered Brocolli soup which was good. the Calamari was a bit of a joke with about 5 overcook Calamari pieces. i ordered a drink and was given a half (small glass) of coke and the glass was half with 3 cubes of ice. With the main, we ordered a burger... More

what a fabulous venue! Great service and food! Two friends arrived just as we sat down so we invited them to join us. The waiting staff were very accommodating (so I wonder if there has been a staff change since the poor reviews). We were very happy and are looking forward to a return visit.

I read all the negative reviews but I loved what I saw, it was a special family lunch so did I feel it was a little risky....of course I wanted it to be just right! I am the fussiest person and can be quite critical as I like to dine in really great restaurants. So I called and spoke to... More

When this restaurant was first opened it was lovely! Good service, good food and excellent location, however it has truly gone downhill over the last few years. We went here on Mothering Sunday and I was so disappointed, the roast dinner was poor, obviously I don't know where they source their food from but it tasted like it could have come... More

Have had drinks here a few times and could never understand why it was always empty, then Sunday afternoon, it became all too apparent. Table for 3 at lunch time on Sunday, we were the only people eating. Ordered nachos for approximately £10, described as with salsa, cheese, jalapeños and guacamole. Nachos arrived covered in burger relish and no other... More

We went here for our Valentine's meal and it was fantastic. The venue is perfect with lovely views over the river - the perfect setting for a romantic meal. The staff are lovely and friendly - they couldn't do more to make us feel special. The food was really excellent and great quality. We both had steaks which were really... More

The restaurant is in a great position overlooking the Thames. The waitress was very helpful and pleasant. The food was reasonable if a little overpriced. My main criticism was that the place was very cold. The staff tried to supplement the heating with 2 electric fires to little effect. The outside temperature was around zero but the temperature in the... More
