A really lovely setting on the banks of the River Ouse near the mouth of the Humber, 14 of us went for Niece's birthday and the food and service was fantastic, from mussels to Prawn Cocktails, steak, everyone enjoyed it thoroughly and we certainly go again.

We arrived without a booking (we'll book next time, promise), to be accommodated no problem. When a table became available in the conservatory we were offered the table, which we accepted, with views of... More

Really great little pub, very popular for food. We sat outside on the river bank, which is great for little ones to run about and have fun. We had scampi and chips and a baked potato, all great, good service from friendly young staff, eager to please. Lovely for a summer lunchtime and evening I would assume. Plenty of seating... More

This little gem of a pub/restaurant is out of the way but well worth a visit. I have been here many times and never been disappointed. The food is excellent, both in terms of quality and quantity, the pub has great atmosphere and the setting is very picturesque. Although it is not cheap, it certainly is value for money and... More
