My partner and I visited Corralejo for a week in mid May and ate at infusion twice... We honestly cannot compliment the place enough! On each occasion from start to finish our meal was amazing and finished off perfectly with the UNBELIEVABLE 'Marathon' frozen cheesecake. Such good value for money! I cannot write a reveiw about Infusion without mentioning Niamh,... More

This was a return visit to Infusion, I like how cosy it is.The service is fantastic and the waitress cant do enough for you. The deep-south style menu is only small with good choice but Iam now working my way though it, trying different things out due to my return visits. Just off the main road up a side street,... More

Went with a friend. Staff welcoming & helpfull. Very nice meal. Enjoyed tuna steak with sauteed potatoes & mediterranean vegetables & friend had ribs. Both tasty meals. Choice of cheescake deserts & shared platter of 3 types which were all delicious. Very reasonably priced. Cannot praise waitress enough (can't remember her name but she is from Dublin). Thanks for a... More

We found this fab restaurant via trip advisor. It's in the old town and we were warmly welcomed by the Irish waitress. The menu had a Cajun theme which was a nice change. We had the ribs which were enormous (€9.50)! The meat just fell off the bone and they weren't fatty at all. Even though we were stuffed we... More

We found the pace through Trip Advisor. Small place in the town but with very delicious food. We tried the steaks of the restaurant which they were very very good. Nice desserts also. The environment was good and the lady there was very friendly. Prices was also very good for the dinner that we had.

Off the main street, a varied menu, good value and relaxed. A mix of flavours but with a Cajun influence I think most people would find something they liked.I had tuna in a Creole sauce - delicious and a generous portion. We would have returned but it was our last night . Made a change from the menus near the... More

We ate here twice on the last holiday and both times enjoyed the freshly cooked food. The portions are generous and main dishes come with a delicious side plate of vegetables. Nothing is too much trouble for the delightful Irish waitress. The menu offers a good variety for all courses including vegetarian options. Apart from fillet steak all main dishes... More

Quite a find, in a side street, this understated restaurant is a little gem. There is a warm welcome and very pleasant service. The menu is excellent, a little bit different from most of the others we visited and the food was excellent and well-presented and reasonably priced. We ate there 3 times in a week and will certainly go... More
