So glad we found this little gem. Food, service and prices very very good. We dined in many restaurants during our stay in Corralejo and this was one of the better ones. No overpriced menu, bbq ribs are a must, for dessert try the Jack Daniels chocolate cake served with cream and ice cream. And a liquer coffee 3 euros what... More

Not exactly fine dining, but if you are after amazingly cooked ribs then look no further. We passed and the restaurant looked empty, but found there is another room at the back that was packed with delighted looking diners. will be returning for another excellent meal when we return to the island in September.

Had a meal at this friendly restaurant and could not fault the food or service. Defiantly worth a visit and the lady taking food orders was very friendly and welcoming. The lighting was maybe a little bright and could may be turned down a bit but DO NOT let this put you off! The soup was delicious.

I was looking forward to this place after reading other reviews, The food was very disappointing although the ribs were nice . Service was provided by one lady who seemed to be run off her feet but she was very friendly and got everything perfect , So to sum it up good service but very disappointing food,

After reading reviews on trip advisor we decided to come here for tea. It is a very unassuming restaurant in a quiet street next to a Spanish restaurant. As soon as we walked in we were made to feel welcome, the menu was explained in good detail and the speed of service was excellent. We had four starters and four... More

More of a European and even American feel to this restaurant especially with the ribs which are on the menu. They reminded me a lot of the ribs you get in American diners a big juicy slab, beautifully cooked and the pork just melts in your mouth. three different sauces to try. If you do not fancy ribs there is... More

Hasn’t changed since I visited in January of this year. Quality of food versus price is absolutely excellent. Go there and have the jambalaya, you won’t be disappointed.

We have visited this restaurant on our last three visits to Corralejo and we think it's the best. It's modest setting only enhances the food and service you receive. The ribs and the cheesecakes are what keep me going during the long months at work. We like it so much we have booked for Christmas dinner

As a regular visitor to Infusion, we REALLY can't speak highly enough of this restaurant! The chef is outstandingly talented! And officially cooks the BEST fillet steak (cajun spiced) we've EVER tasted. We're HUGE steak aficionados and it's genuinely cooked to PERFECTION every single time! :) The home-fries, mushrooms bayou, the jambalaya, the beef bourgignon, the cajun chicken (to mention... More
