As a regular visitor to Infusion, we REALLY can't speak highly enough of this restaurant! The chef is outstandingly talented! And officially cooks the BEST fillet steak (cajun spiced) we've EVER tasted. We're HUGE steak aficionados and it's genuinely cooked to PERFECTION every single time! :) The home-fries, mushrooms bayou, the jambalaya, the beef bourgignon, the cajun chicken (to mention... More

We went here because we wanted to try cajun cuisine. There were no rush of customers. The waitress was very nice and attentive but the food a bit dissapointing. Popcorn langoustines for starters quite bland and the tuna steak for main course was little overdone and not so special. Overall good prices and service though.

The restaurant was not busy but good menu selection at reasonable price. Something different from the usual Spanish offering creole and other louisina varities but meat fish available The frozen deserts were divine. I will definitely try again. Note they do not accept credit cards

The waitress was very friendly but sadly the food wasn't as good as expected though it was the cheapest place we've eaten!

We visited infusion for the 3rd time. We noticed on arrival that the place didn't have the same feel to it. A lovely friendly lady showed us to our table which felt more like a cafe. We asked if the place had changed hands and we were told the chef had taken over. We ordered lasagne, cajun chicken, langouistines and... More

After being disappointed at the restaurants we found on the main strip in corralejo we tried this restaurant as it had good reviews on trip advisor. The food was just in a different class and we went back twice. There was a good mix of tourists and locals which says a lot for the English chef! The Cajun chicken with... More

Found this restaurant in our second week, managed to get a table without booking which was a blessing, all our meals were fantastic, husband had the chorizo starter and was blown away, son had the mushrooms which were fab, main courses were delicious but far too much and have never tasted anything like the frozen cheesecakes. We had three, chocolate... More

We found this by accident as it really is hidden down a side street off the main strip and Im so glad we did. Unusual menu with Louisiana and Cajun dishes for the main part, the waitress is amazing buzzing around up and down stairs the whole time, not sure how she does it! The food we had was delivered... Wow. Can't believe the review under this one. Went here yesterday on the 25th October. Lovely warm welcome and superb food. Had the jambalaya and chocolate fudge cake. Was recommended to have it extra spicy by the attentive lady serving us and could not fault it. 30 euros for 2 mains 2 deserts and round of drinks. Paid more elsewhere... More
