It lives up to its image. From the outside you can see that it's a beautiful restaurant in a great location with an interesting menu. A bit pricey but definitely worth at least one visit. We will be going straight back on our next visit. We went for red meat for our main courses. They were beautifully cooked and presented.... More

Well it is in the Michelin guide so we expect it to be good and we have eaten here before. It was a terrible evening poured with rain so it's not quite the same as usual with the lovely views across the harbour. My garlic prawns in oil were delightful as was the crispy chicken salad.my partner had veal which... More

dined here three days ago. Starter of monkfish and scallops, portion size ridiculous for price of €17-monkfish over cooked, scallops beautifully cooked. Main course of Lobster and Mushroom Ravioli, whilst very tasty just tasted of mushroom, not lobster BUT it was left so long under hot plate, it nearly burnt us with side of dish totally dried out on arrival... Beautiful looking restaurant so decided to visit. Felt the restaurant was a bit on the pretentious side. A bit off putting when we felt we were put in a corner away from main area. Having said that, we did have a nice meal albeit very small portions. Wouldn't rush back though.

We went for my Dads birthday with 4 adults & 2 children. The staff were great as was the food & the wine. Pretty reasonably priced & excellent all round. The sesame crispy chicken salad & the chocolate fondant were my highlights but all of us chose differently & everyone raved about it all. 220 euros got us 2 bottles... More

We decided to treat ourselves to a meal out, despite being all-inclusive at a local hotel. My guidebook desribes this restaurant as having been "designed in the style of a Southern-state villa with a large veranda and palm terrace". It also suggested that the Spanish king likes to eat here! We didn't see any royalty but the restaurant is very... More

This is a great place to eat. The food which is mostly but not exclusively seafood is always interesting and delicious and the location is lovely overlooking the harbour at Puerto Calero. Brilliant for a long lazy lunch. A bit pricey but well worth it.

+ Nice setting - especially outside + Best food we had in Puerto Calero - Service was poor. Head waiter was nice enough but rest of staff was relatively unfriendly and we were pretty much ignored after our main course when head waiter stopped taking orders outside. Waiter whom we paid with didn't even look at us as he took... More
