Great for a Special Meal

The quality of the food was excellent. The service was great. You need to dine inside in March as it is a little cold outside. It is not cheap by Lanzarote standards. The Uga smoked salmon was really great.

We visited Amura twice in April 2015 and would certainly return again. The food may not be haute gastronomie but is excellent by Spanish standards and very good value for money. There is a wonderful ambience with attentive but not overbearing service that makes you feel pampered and the setting is great for a relaxing good quality meal in an... More

I just wanted to write a review to say how much we love this restaurant and how special it is to me and my fiancee. In July 2014 we got engaged here and it was amazing! Both having a strong connection to the island having both repped over a few seasons here, John choose this restaurant to ask me to... More

We have had many amazing meals at Amura. The elegant setting is topped off by the stunning marina views. Although seemingly formal, it is actually a wonderful place very welcoming of families and children. The food is magnificent as always and the off menu choices are sublime. The waiters KNOW their wine and we were advised to try an incredible... More

The food and service is first class, and the surroundings fabulous. My partner had the suckling pig for his main course, it was sublime, I had scallops delicious, it is quite expensive but worth it.

Loved the decor and design of this superb restaurant. We tried the tasting menu and I thought for 38 euros it was very good. Considering the decor and the ability to eat outside in a sheltered location it is quite spectacular and not as expensive as the decor and facilities would suggest. For a few euros more you are eating... More

Visited this classy restaurant recently and enjoyed our visits. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The food is pleasure and the wines are a real delight. A little pricey but well worthwhile visiting.

Having eaten here several times over the past six years, yet always struggled with the unfriendly, snooty service ( but put up with it due to the amazing location and stunning restaurant) this time they excelled themselves in being unhelpful and unfriendly. My husband visited before opening hours to request a meal with mussels or scallops as he didn't fancy... More

This is a beautiful place. In the sunshine, overlooking the marina and seated on a lovely terrace, we really enjoyed a long lunch of good food and wine. Service was friendly and for us, efficient, though we came early (1pm) - noticed others who came later had to wait a while for their food. Menu was interesting and had local... More
