Great Value for Lunch

What a great place for lunch while we were touring Valldemossa! We saw good reviews, so stopped by and had a really delicious and well-priced meal. The food was simple but very tasty. We started with the goat cheese salad and calamari and onions--both delicious. Then we had salmon and pork for... read more

The only regret of our annual 4 day walking trip in Mallorca was that this delightful restaurant/bar was already operating on its winter schedule so we could not have dinner. Not open in the evenings meant we were restricted to a quick couple of plates - polpo in black ink and shaved scallops. Beautifully presented. Great service - they even... More

Beautifully presented, traditional dishes with a twist! Only open weekends at the end of the season but well worth waiting for. My white chocolate mousse was delicious!

Ate here this evening. Very friendly staff. Really delightful. Lovely food. So nice to have lots of healthy salad vegetables with our meat or fish. Not huge portions either. Exactly right. And really delicious postres. Highly recommended.

We totally lucked out in choosing Es Roquissar. Located on a beautiful Spanish square the restaurant is intimate, the staff are very chilled out and friendly. I had the rissoto con gambas and my wife the sea bass which were both superbly dressed and full of flavour. For dessert we selected the blueberry tiramisu which I was able to wrestle... More

We dined here twice during our week-long stay in Valldemossa. The food is fresh and beautifully presented and the wines are well-selected. The menu is fairly limited; but the specials board presents some nice choices if you want a larger selection. The outside tables look into the square, and provide a lovely atmosphere to relax and take in the warm... More

Nice mains (homemade ravioli), but hopeless desserts. Brownie was just at best tasteless, but the Crema Catalaña was horrible, no crunch on top, just sugar. In addition, service was slow to non-existing. We visited on a quit night. Waiter forgot my red wine order and disappeared for so long that when she finally showed up, I was done eating. It... More

The place itself is amazing - small, silence square next to the monastery. But unfortunatelly food is very average and all the portions (even the main ones) are rather in a starter size.

When in Valldemossa, you really have to eat here! This was the best meal and atmosphere we had while in Valldemossa. This is a very small restaurant set close to the monastery. It has a great vibe and delicious food. All of the food was beautifully presented. Perhaps the waitresses weren't the best I've seen, but they were truly friendly... More
