Lovely

We are sitting having a lovely lunch in this marina restaurant -for starters we shared prawn and avocado salad and rocket salad with pears and pine nuts! Fabulous-however the mains weren't as good! The spaghetti bologna we and carbonara were ok. The salmon was good as was the dish kebab! All in all... read more

I see there are mixed reviews on here which surprises me to be honest. We found this gem on the harbor and ended up eating there 4 times out of 7 nights! Can honestly say we found the service good and the food even better. Ok, so the lady who owns/manages it can appear quite abrupt but that's is just... More

We visited here for the third time as the setting is lovely. We hoped they had improved form the last visit, but sadly not. The service wasn't very good and the food wasn't either. I never got asked if I wanted my chicken with Jacket Potato or chips but my husband did. When it arrived it came with a jacket... More

I love this place for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even just a coffee and a brandy after we've been somewhere else. We love the staff, who are so quick and attentive without being pests. Try the Paella Ciega (Blind Paella): Shell fish are de-shelled, prawns are skinned, and any other bones are removed – easy eating for the lazy -... More

I'm actually surprised this place doesn't rate more highly on TA. The service was really good at lunchtime today (14th October) and the food was excellent. We had tapas to share, with a really good pine nut and rocket salad, calamari, and superb Iberican Ham. With Cava, beer and a hamburger and chips, the price of €63 made this a... More

We ordered the paella which was ok, average, but it took 45min to get the food to the table and we had to ask twice to make sure they hadn't forgotten about us. Add another 10 minutes waiting for the bill... Not coming back...

Dinner with my family at Bistro Mar was truly great experience. The food we've ordered was well prepared and tasty. Our Chateaubriand was amazing and we would love to repeat this dinner very much. It is not cheap restaurant but worth paying for. I certainly recommend along with their coconut ice cream.

The food is distinctly average. The service blunt and unfriendly and they know how to charge. If you have any issues with stairs then the toilet is up a huge flight of stairs

Dined here twice indulging our passion for their wonderfully cooked paella, dessert menu and wine list. Great spot for an evening meal with the contained bustle of the adjoining night market and contented clients. Menu extensive enough for even the most fickle family members and staff very accommodating.
