After experiencing several sub-par meals in Porto Cristo on a two-week holiday, I was craving a decent foodie experience. After finishing my starter, I felt like jumping up and down after finally tasting a delectable dish! We were seated in a beautiful, candlelit courtyard, and the service was friendly yet polished. I enjoyed a delicious pan amb oli starter, followed... More

We hadn't eaten here for over a year, so came with an open mind. It was excellent. The service had improved 100%, friendly, fun and efficient. The food presentation was brilliant, with plenty to eat. The garden is a perfect setting ( and in the winter indoors has a wood burner) We were genuinely really impressed. It is, however, expensive... More

Beautiful courtyard setting with some very high quality food. Expensive but worth every penny! Service was quick and attentive. All courses were equally as good and the fish was fantastic. Go later if you require a romantic setting as is beautiful once the sun goes down.

Party of four. Amazing food! We had a teenager with us who didn't like anything on the menu but they were very obliging and cooked her something not on the menu. The house wine was fabulous. Would definitely recommend!!

They offered good, friendly service in this quirky restaurant, tasty food and original dishes. The staff seemed multi lingual and attentive.

Finding ourselves temporarily without water (we live off-mains on Mallorca) we decided to eat out at Sa Sal in Porto Cristo – a restaurant we’d long been promising ourselves we'd try. It’s in the back streets of this east coast resort, not perhaps an obvious location for what turned out to be a rather good restaurant. It has two entrances,... More

Portions are not big and there is nothing cheaper than €10 on the menu. Be prepared to pay €100 for a two course meal and wine for 2 people. Dont get me wrong the setting and atmosphere were beautiful, however we only went here because of the outdoor seating area described by trip advisor reviewers and that it looked funky... More

Without doubt, in our opinion, the most atmospheric place in Porto Cristo to spend an evening. Mario and his staff are charming, and always make us feel especially welcome. We particularly like the variety of great food with a consistent Spanish emphasis and interesting flavours and the fish options are always excellent. Well chosen wines . Tables are well spaced,... Before taking a recent two-week trip to Porto Cristo I read the restaurant reviews on Trip Advisor and made a note of those recommended and their addresses. In the time we spent in the town my wife and I tried 8 of the top 12 rated. Sa Sal was the only one not to perform to expectations. It was ranked... More

Nice restaurant with a strange location and an even more strange combination of german chef and staff cooking mediterranean cuisine. The fixed menu was quite nice, service quite slow, but very welcoming and professional. Dinner for 3 with no special wine for 110€
