A gem

Popped in for lunch, ordered 3 tapas between us which were all delicious. Got the sense that the staff were proud of their food (rightly so) and wanted us to have a good experience. Went for the special tapas for min 2 people. Each dish was huge and delicious. Service was attentive and friendly and it was very reasonable for the money. We cycled here from Palma so the cold beer in a chilled glass was much appreciated too.

My husband and I visited this restaurant having been recommended by some local Brits . We were certainly not disappointed , we had a lovely evening . We sat in the courtyard as it was a really warm evening and the atmosphere was wonderful. We both had the recommended fish of the day which was sea bass , two beautiful... More

Having ate in a few restaurants in the resort we were craving the Spanish experience (the other restaurants being ok but nothing we couldn't get at home) Casa Paco didn't dusappoint. Thankfully another diner suggested we didn't need a starter if we were having paella and they were right! We chose the mixed paella blind ( which means they remove... More

This ended up being our favourite restaurant of the whole holiday. Great food, especially the paella and Spanish omelettes, plus very friendly and accommodating staff. Slightly off the main road and also without a sea view but if that doesn't bother you then I would really recommend this restaurant. Also they open for breakfast which is equally good.

We had the set meal, which was ok but not anything to write home about, as part of the deal you get a bottle of house wine per couple, we asked if we could upgrade to a bottle of sauvignon blanc which they agreed, but declined from offering to knock anything off for the bottle we didn't get, I had... Great restaurant in Portals village, good food and great prices. They do a menu del dia which is fantastic value. Only order the mixed grill if you are extremely hungry, it is a challenge.

We had a good value evening meal choosing from the set menu. We had three courses, a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. The total cost was 45 Euros including a tip. The food was very good and service cheerful/

I too wanted to keep this place a secret but it is just too good not to share! We booked a table (recommend you do this as very popular) and the food was out of this world. Garlic prawns to start are a must that I just not want to end and you certainly get your monies worth. Then try... More
