One of the best meal I had on the Island

You would never expect this kind of excellent restaurant in an area like this. I friend took me there as a surprise and a surpise it was. It is very Mallorquin and the guest are very local which gives it some collorit. We had a choice of 'Plate de jour' which turned out to be more than excellent and... read more

This is considered to be a personal favourite in Mallorca. If you want a break from all of the "starry-over-the-top" seafood restaurants around Palma de Mallorca, Manacor makes a great day trip. And this place offers good, comfort, homey food. It was good to eat in a different and more classic environment. Can March has good prices, good food, very... More

I searched for a high-quality but reasonably priced restaurant online and chose Can March. It is undoubtedly one of the best choices I've made. It is difficult to find gourmet, creative cuisine at reasonable prices (e.g. entire menu, incl. dessert, for about 22 EUR/head). The dishes were delicious, service friendly and I will definitely return. Compared to other restaurants that... More

I made a point of revisiting this restaurant because the last time I had lunch there the food was divine. Today the meal I had there was the worst in two months of eating out at random places in Majorca. I could understand if they had tried to simplify things and cut costs a little, but the food was terrible... More

The food was very fresh and interestingly prepared - not too daring, but pairing different tastes beautifully. The only drawback was the long wait between the courses; even though there were almost no other guests (lunchtime in October), we grew quite hungry until the food was brought to our table.

Situated in a narrow street in drousy Manacor this place is a wonderful surprise. Do go there if you're anyway near the eastern part of Mallorca. We had a perfect creamy vegetable soup, a risotto con carne and a sort of a crispy fish pie for starters. Amazing! Then the local porc as main course. Delicious! And finally brownie and... More

Saw the reviews on Tripadvisor and decided to have lunch there at the weekend. All of our fellow diners were locals and the menu immediately impressed, Great set priced Sunday lunch for 20 euros each and the food, locally sourced wine and smiling service were excellent. Not a plastic chair in sight just good ,flavoursome, traditonal Mallorquin cooking - cant... More

There is a direct train from Palma to Manacor. It takes approx.40min, but offers lovely views of the interrior of the island. The menu del dia (Mon.-Fri.) was 12 euros (starter, main, dessert)- w/ wine and coffee less than 25euros each. It's Michellin star level gormet as good as my favorite one in France. The food trancends the language barriers-... More

Food ok, but trying a little too hard to be nouveau! Restaurant floodlight with only 3 tables occupied on a Friday night. No locals which tells a tale Not cheap for being off the 'beaten track' either.

This is another of my favourite restaurants of the island! They have a very nice set menu every midday! is lovely! they don't hesitate to join a modern cuisine with the traditional majorcan food! The menu includes 3 curses and watter, wine is not included but you can have a nice glass wine for a reasonable price. Very nice!
