Stunning location

We walked down the footpath from Deia and were rewarded by the sight of this gorgeous rustic restaurant with breathtaking views. We had a simple lunch and the staff were worked off their feet but remained courteous and we found the service fine. it has one tiny kitchen and many diners so people... read more

Quite a windy long drive down a mountain road and eventually into a car park. Sign posts not good so park up and walk ( 4 mins ) towards the sea - it's the only restaurant there. Beautiful view of the ocean from this restaurant perched on the side of the rocks. Food fantastic. We went for lunch but I... More

Restaurant is beautifully located in some small bay - it is very difficult to get there as the road is very narrow and has hundreds of turns. It looks like some fishermen's pub - by the sea waves built of stone and wood - really rustic. Unfortunately food comes which is disaster- in fact You have to pass kitchen doors... More

Sadly after visiting this restaurant over the past 10 years, this last visit has seen service standards slip again to below average.

Having seen this restaurant on TV (Piers Morgans interview of Andrew Lloyd Webber) and then during a brief trip to cala Deia during a fab weekend at nearby Residencia, it was definitely on my list. Last week we were stopping in Pollenca and persuaded the family that it would be worth leaving the pool early and spending over an hour... More

As regular visitors to Deia we have been to this restaurant many times but the last few visits have been very disappointing! The setting is idyllic really beautiful and probably why we keep returning also the food, particularly the fresh fish, is always good (if a little expensive). The service however is what lets it down time after time !... More

Magnific! Went different times. Nice ambience, nice fish. Times are long, but not far from what you should expect in such a busy place...

If you want waiters in shirts and ties who call you Sir, don't brother. If you want fresh fish and good wine in a friendly, local atmosphere, this place is worth the trip down the tiny little road. For me, no trip to Mallorca is complete without a visit here.

We were staying very local to the restaurant so it was an easy option for us. Fish dishes and steaks were both very good, as with most Spanish places if you want the meat UK medium you have to ask for it very well done. Some of the reviews have been critical of the service, we speak Spanish so I... More

We enjoyed a fantastic lunch consisting of a whole John Dory fish from the bbq. Ambiance is hard to beat since you are overlooking one of the nicer calas in Mallorca. If you want to avoid the wait call ahead and book. Ask for "primer fila" to make sure you get the row closest to the ocean.
