A Midsummer Night's Dream, in May!

This year's early heatwave enabled us to dine al fresco, with the sun setting on the backdrop of the magnificent Teix mountain. Most lovely setting, very good food, very nice service. An enjoyable evening and we would come back anytime and absolutely recommend it to our friends.

Had two dinners here and both were excllent! Last night the hake, tonight the lamb. Both were incredibly tasty and beautifully presented! The wine was delicious and the service was great. The menu is limited but a nice variety. Thank you, Esther, for your help and suggestions. Will most likely return to try another delight from the menu while in... More

This a delightful and genuinely charming restaurant just off the main road going through Deia. The waitress was wonderfully sweet and attentive, the food was among the best I had in Mallorca, and the outdoor area of the restaurant was extremely picturesque and relaxing. From the main road, it is a bit of an uphill walk to get to the... More

A group of 7 of us went here to celebrate my 50th birthday. The courtyard setting was really atmospheric and lovely. The manageress was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food and wine was excellent and the fillet steak was one of the best I have ever tasted. All in all it was a perfect evening in... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. The menu is small but varied with interesting options, not your standard ho-hum food. High quality food in an unpretentious setting that we highly recommend. Our meal was just as good if not better than at El Olivo restaurant at the nearby resort for half the price.

Arrived for a late lunch just as the rain began to fall... all the guests rushed inside laughing and enjoyed an almost communal lunch of tapas, wine, great wait service and a memory we won't soon forget. Food is wonderful - service too!

We happened upon this place whilst wandering around Deia last week looking for somewhere to stop for lunch. The terrace is fantastic, a real haven. The tapas we ordered was equally good and great value for money. Friendly service and no cats in sight (not that I would have minded of course!)

Ok, I know animal lovers out there might well think a prowling cat an added bonus but speaking personally, it put me off my dinner! As it circled our legs and sprang onto the wall adjacent to our table, I couldn't help but wonder how much free access it had and to where. The owner and his partner were extremely... More

Sa Vinya has become a favourite in Deia and this time we ate there twice, it is a popular spot and you need to book. Esther & Justin are very welcoming and always have a smile to greet you. The menu is quite small but there is a good variety to choose from and it is consistently freshly prepared and... More
