Fine Dining in Deia!

Recommended to this fine Restaurant in the charming and beautiful town of Deia. Seated at one of their tables on the patio on a lovely warm evening, fairly rustic to look at, with charming and friendly service couldn't prepare us for the feast of the senses and our taste buds that we were about to... read more

Great setting, lovely staff and a great chef! We love this restaurant and would thoroughly recommend it. Good menu and wine list. We unfortunately could only eat here once this year as they were closed on Monday and Tuesday when we wanted to revisit so check their opening days in advance.

They take care of their food and service. Glove in right hand when laying down the cutlery. Croquette balls were perfect. Duck Pate, apricot and cognac - strong but base not crisp. Courgette bruschetta - fresh. Gazpachio con gambas, fish soup - lovely. Pork - dry Monk fish - tough flavour combination bit over powering Mash - dry and not... More

We spent a week in Majorca on a cycling training week and combined it with our other passion - food! Throughout the week Mrs D and I often disagreed about our favourite restaurant, course or wine, however the 1 thing we did agree on was that this was our favourite restaurant of them all. Both the service and food were... More

The food and the service were both wonderful. The lobster ravioli was incredible. The presentations were as beautiful as the food was delicious. Absolutely the best restaurant in Deia.

this restaurant is head and shoulders better than everything else in Deia. We just paid €250 for the two of us versus €150 in Sebastian's. They both do a completely different job. Sebs is great for an expensive tea. Raco is the full experience. It's worth every penny of the extra €100. The sea bass special is as good as... More

Very enjoyable from start to finish, we ate from the a la carte menu and both had an evening to remember and savour, starters of Lobster Ravioli and Fois Gras were both excellent as was the Venison in a Morrel cream sauce, which was a joint of venison that was carved up as a sharing dish for two.

We were delighted on a recent stay in Deia to find that there was a restaurant with a Michelin Star. The receptionist at our hotel was luke warm about Es Raco and recommended instead that we visit Sebastians, but we insisted that we wanted to visit Es Raco. Bad mistake. The food ranged from average to poor. The service was... More
