Outstanding Rustic Dining!

Came here for the organic Cuchinillo Asado (Roast Suckling Pig) and it was the best pork dish we've ever had anywhere and we have travelled the world extensively. I got talking to the owner and he explained the natural environment that the pigs live and feed in. The wine was outstanding and the... read more

The real test of a restaurant is the second visit. Is it as good as you remember? Yes it is. The appetisers were superb and the six large plates of suckling pig were delicious. The pig is cooked for 4-5 hours. It falls off the bone and is tender and delicious, with the lightest crackling to top it off. This... More

My third time here over the last years. The menu hasn't changed, but that is the reason why I came. Was here for Sunday lunch. The place was extremely busy with locals having a great time. Nevertheless, the service was prompt. Olives, dips and toasted bread were served from the house. Ordered the entrecote, which was served with the garlic... More

Driven past this place a few times over the years but never again!!! Simple Mallorcan food, lovingly prepared and cooked and served in a very friendly manner. It doesn't get much better!

If you are a cyclist then this restaurant is a must. It is run by a family of cyclists and is on a great cycle route of mont Galilea. It is a no fuss, friendly but attentive affair. The food is always good, fresh and cooked with care and love. They can handle large groups and offer a garden terrace as... More

We recently took four couples to this restaurant on a Sunday evening on the recommendation of our hotel. We had a splendid evening, making friends with Theo and his sons, learning about his bull-fighting and cycling careers, exchanging English and Spanish jokes and generally having a fun evening. The service was attentive, the portions generous, the quality and taste profile... More

If you want traditional Mallorcan fayre then look no further. This is a fantastic family run restaurant offering all those Mallorcan favourites such as suckling pig, Mallorcan fritter, shoulder of lamb, etc some specialities from owner Theo, who used to be a professional cyclist. I love to go for Sunday lunch here and the family are so welcoming. I can... More

Living just up the road from this restaurant, we're in here far too much but we can't stay away!! The service is second to none and the food is just perfect. For starters we always get Padron Peppers (theyre amazing) and for main we have steak (rare) and it just melts in the mouth. We take all of our guests... More

We visit Ca'n Torrat seven or eight times a year and have been doing so for several years. Theo, the owner, and his family never fail to delight, in every sense. Food here is locally sourced (much of it from Theo's own organic finca nearby), simply and very competently prepared and served with a smile in seriously adequate portions. Highlights... More
