Quiet lunch service on a scorching hot day. Opt for the sun sheltered area of the restaurant. To be fair you'll probably be advised by the staff to do this during the summer days anyway. Very professional team, all round I would say. Front of house seasoned professionals and the chefs clearly demonstrate a superior knowledge of flavour combos and... More

We were lucky enough to dine twice at Port Petit on this visit to Cala D'or. Once with friends and once as a family of four! The tasting menu and gourmet menu are tremendous! Just when you've had enough of grilled sole and Majorcan suckling pig, try Port Petit! You'll pay a bit more but it's well worth it! Great... More

Visited this restaurant twice this year and it was excellent both times. The owner does front of house and really knows his menu.Nothing is too much trouble and he offers alternatives.I had the salmon to start and at €17 was quite a pricy starter but worth every cent followed by fresh clams......delicious.All our meals were tasty and the service was great.Wonderful... Cala llonga the port in cala dor two types of people. This is I think the only restursnt that can successful (in the Spanish way) reach how a resturant should be run. A good ambiance , attentive staff, but with the relaxing atmosphere of warm Nights. Good food is always cooked fresh. It takes time. They have a very good... More

Food good and view delightful, but experience ruined by rude and offensive owner. He abused my mother and almost accused us of stealing drinks because we politely pointed out that the waiter had accidentally taken a drink before we'd finished it. I wouldn't go there again for fear of giving him my money. Poor.

Port Petit is a beautiful terrace restaurant with a view of the boat slips in the port of Cala D'Or and if you don't mind staring at the boats dor over a half hour before your first course arrives and another half hour formyour main course...this is your place. We never got an explanation of why it took so long... More

Splendidly perched overlooking cala d'or harbour,we had a table booked at 8 pm just as it starts to become a little cooler. The restaurant filled up significantly after we arrived so booking likely essential. We had the gourmet menu which essentially is four courses for about 43 euros. All except dessert were excellent, dessert for me was not bad but wasn't as... More

Had the bistro lunch menu which is a bargain for 20 euros, 3 delicious courses and a beautiful setting makes this the perfect place for a nice meal with the your partner. We loved it the desert was amazing and so refreshing with the sorbet they serve on the side.

We have used this restaurant quite a bit over the last few years and the ambience and service is fantastic. I'm not sure if they have bought in a new chef as the food used to be excellent, unfortunately this time it wasn't as good. Having said that some of the dishes were top notch, which will keep me going... More

This was our 3rd visit to Cala D'Or and probably our 6th to Port Petite as we always go twice per holiday. As always our meals were sublime. The chef is amazing. The presentation is beautiful. We both agreed that the Prawn En Papillotte with carpaccio of pineapple in chilli and basil was simply the most heavenly and delicious starter... More
