Perfect meal in perfect location. Great for children too. First time eating polish food and went with tapas suggested by our waitress. Hit the spot.

For really interesting and wholesome polish food try the rosti or goulash. Both are superb. Management and staff are always friendly and prices are reasonable. We live locally and love to take family and friends there when they visit us.

On the same terrace in the centre of town as the New Tahona pizza bar, this Polish run restaurant provides a good range of really wholesome food at reasonable prices. We make a point of eating here every time we're in Frigiliana.

Many visits over the last year. This authentic Polish family run restaurant is serving 'Mothers Recipes' which are very tasty and filling. Check out the recent regular event ( Sunday Buffet - eat as much as you need for 11.60 Euro ) but book a table as it is popular. Overall this is a welcoming , friendly , sociable restaurant... More

Tried the polish version of tapas, nothing much wrong with it, but nothing special either. Overall the place seems a little over hyped, there are better places to eat in the village. Service was lovely though!

Although this restaurant does not have the character of some of the other restaurants in Frigiliana due to it's location in the fairly new and under occupied central commercial development, it delivers with good food. The tapas are good especially at 6 for Euro 10 and the beef goulash too. Patio heaters warm the place up on chilly February /March... More

In Frigiliana for lunch on market day and we were recommended to try the Polish restaurant. A good choice and an opportunity to try a different cuisine (though Spanish on menu). I ate the Polish sausages with onions and a huge quantity of chips while my wife chose the stew which cam in its own little pot kept hot by... More

Authentic Polish cuisine and creative variations on Spanish food- delicious! The cook knows what she is doing and surprises and delights diners on a consistent basis. The Polish dishes are wonderful and the creative Spanish infusion such as the duck in orange, apple, and wine reduction was heavenly! Good prices too!

Been a regular visitor to Sal y Pimienta since they opened about 6 years ago. Very friendly family run restaurant where the food is consistently very good. Good selection of very nice Polish dishes if you want something different and also more conventional European if that is what you want. Portions generous and the Tapas that they started last year...
