First, I should mention we ended up eating El Bombo's food three times, so there's an indication that we enjoyed it overall. First time was for our first dinner in Spain, staying at the nearby (and lovely) Las Mimosas Beach Club. Can't get much closer. Our server (could be the same young woman as the previous reviewer) was mostly sullen... More

The desserts of ice cream (really a sorbet) was much better than in the US and my wife's chocolate... More

We were using the new Sendo Literal (Coast Path or Boardwalk) and decided to have a quick lunch here today. We shared a plate of Pimiento Frito (Fired Peppers) which were very well done and nicely presented then I had the Pez Espada (Sword Fish) and my wife had the Meluza Plancha (Hake Griddled). Both dishes were really fresh and... More

Great fish, great sangria, great views of the sun going down over the beach. Relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. Not the place to go if you want high class silver service - but fabulous for a relaxed & pleasant visit - day or evening

Wonderful little place right on the beach - you are literally dining whilst looking at the sea. Menu was very varied and has a good choice ranging from sandwiches and egg & chips to 3 course meals including steaks, paella and various fresh fish. Service was a little slow but then they were absolutely packed with a mix of Spanish... More
