Tapas list was extensive and included a good variety of vegetarian choices including mini veg burger, gratinated oyster mushrooms, fried goats cheese, veg tempura salad. (I'll post a picture.) Presentation was exquisite. With Casa Lola in Marbella, we now have a choice of places to have a reliable, authentic experience of Spanish tapas. Very happy to return.

One word 'Amazing' ! I have been visiting Mijas for 4 years and this is the first year I have visited this bar and will definitely be returning . The bar had a great vibe , music is good and the drinks are superb. The gin and tonic with Nordic vodka is good . The food is gorgeous and so... More

We discovered this bar the first night of our holiday and have returned nearly every night since. The service is friendly and the loud music makes a refreshing upbeat change to the usual sleepy and authentic Spanish bars. The tapas are very tasty and well presented - only complaint is that the portions are pretty small but hey, they're only... More

Place looks modern and upmarket. Also nice location in windy pedestrian street. But we were not impressed with the tapas or the service (very average). Potatoes bravas were basically average chips/fries. Croquettes and the calamari were not not very good at all. Peppers were nice. Will not return. Service was rushed and not particularly friendly, had to ask twice for... More

The Tapas here is fantastic, combined with great drinks and second to none service. I would highly recommend visiting this little gem if you are in Mijas. Spent many a night just enjoying drinks in here and had Tapas twice!

This eatery came recommended and WOW! We were told it was the Heston Blumenthal of Tapas. Now having eaten at the Fat Duck a few times, I'd have to say, in all honesty it wasn't - but not to take anything away, it brought Tapas to a whole new level .. and more! Basically, as we did, we just said,

A Tapas bar worth finding, with a good variety of Tapas and wines with a good and relaxing atmosphere .Sitting at barrels outside enjoying Cana y tapas for 2€, which on the day we visited was fried padron peppers and bread ,a great starter .Gin and Nordic Blue Tonic and a look round the huge list of tapas soon made... We were recommended this tapas bar in Mijas by some friends. We have visited this place many times so thought if only fair to leave a review. We have never had a bad meal here, the tapas are all delicious and reasonably priced and the service is also very good. Highly recommend the prawns wrapped in crispy potato, the tuna... More

Just jumped in for a quick beer and tapas; wish I could have stayed longer. The tapas I had were really good and the atmosphere lively, just what one would look for in a bar. There were a lot of locals which says a lot for a place too.
