Chili's is a place to go when you are on the run, aren't really dressed for fine dining, and couldn't bear to look at a hamburger from any of the national hamburger chains. The good news about Chili's is that you will leave feeling full. The bad news is that a few hours later you wont really... read more

We visited this location of Chili's when we were in town for a dance convention at a nearby hotel. We had a party of 14 and wanted to all sit together. We had no problem doing so at Chili's. They were more than glad to accommodate our party within 25 minutes, which is great on a Saturday night. The food... More

Visited this Chili's just to grab a quick dinner before I went to the movies with some friends, and let me start off by saying, the line was not worth the wait. The server we had was very nice. We were seated right in front of the kitchen which was very annoying seeing all the employees go in and out... More

We went for lunch on a Friday. The restaurant was dirty inside. Messy tables that were not being cleaned and food on the floor. Our waiter was awful. He came to the table to take our orders and then we never saw him again. Drinks were never refilled. When the food came out it was warm, not hot. We will... More

I like Chili's, but service at this location is notoriously slow and the restaurant itself is absolutely filthy. Unfortunately, I was seated near the kitchen area and you could see trash and food on the floor, which isn't what you'd expect. And, the bathroom is disgusting. You really have to wonder how this place passes health code inspections. Once was... More

This is what you would expect from a typical Chili's chain. Good food and good service. The value of the 2/$20 is well worth it. I ordered a Frozen strawberry margarita and it was very good. We went for lunch in a group of 10 and the food came quickly and orders were all correct despite being very busy. Overall... More

I was a solo diner, so I wasn't expecting to be seated and fed quickly at this or any other location. I was told to head right up and find a place to sit, or come back if they could help me. I found a seat, the server promptly provided my setting's and asked me what I would like to... More

While visiting in Norfolk the other day we stopped into this Chili's. Usually a place to go for a good quick, meal. Not so in this location. First the hostess (did not get her name, but she was overweight) did not seem very happy to see us, but took us to our table. There was a long wait until the... More

I can not speak of their food, or drinks. We were with another couple, waiting to be seated. The restaurant was not crowded. We were told by a girl (don't know if she was the hostess) to wait to be seated. After several minutes, she came back and told us to form a line. What? A line? There was no... More

We ate at this location while staying in the area on business. Service was only decent, but slow...had to ask for more drinks when glasses were clearly empty for a while, which happened several times. Food was below usual standard as well - honey chipotle boneless wings were very dry/overcooked. Dipping sauces for appetizer plate were very warm (ranch and... More
