Great Turkish food! They serve mostvof their food with hummus and naan which I like both of them a lot. There is a mini mkt inside the restaurant which has great jams and fresh olives.

Our family recently had lunch at Azar's. The restaurant serves pretty standard Middle Eastern fare - not outstanding, but quite OK for lunch. However, we probably won't be back. First: There's nothing on the restaurant's website informing potential customers that until 5 p.m. it's self-service all round. Had we known this we would have opted for another restaurant, as we... I grew up eating Azar's food. I started my love at the VA Beach location and the Ghent location is just as good. I am happy that they maintained great service. The falafel is delicious!. Also, they have the best dolmades and I have eaten a lot of different ones. Definitely consider this place!

This is a good place to go if you are in the mood for Greek food and you want a simple, quick bite to eat.

Great food and really nice staff! The ambiance is interesting, over half the space is the restaurant the other portion is a market. I had the stuffed grape leaves, a salad with a very tasty house dressing and Shawama( a lamb and vegtable medley). They were all great. Plus this place is in Ghent which is becoming one of my... this place does Mediterranean food the best--and the small market provides lots of unique stuff that can only be found here--and I love Colley Ave. places--the very best of Norfolk
