Situation --- walked away from another restaurant because of poor service. This place was great. Even though we are vegetarians they seated us quickly and brought our drinks. There were not many options for us but there were enough. The service was really great! Thanks guys!

Outback on the waterfront at Waterside in Norfolk. Another great meal. Service was very good as was the food. We had great drinks. Our steaks were perfectly done.

GREAT steaks, side dishes, variety, excellent service. Very nice part of town. Have to pay for parking all over. So, park in MacArthur Square, get validated in any one of the stores if you need to. Aw, what's a couple bucks. You will like outback, I certainly did.

We had never eaten at the Wterside Outback location but were in town for Harborfest, so we gave it a try. It's pretty loud. It has more o a bar atmoshere than dining atmoshere. However, our service was good and the meal was okay. We ate from the newer Outback menu. I ordered the BBQ cchicken - what I got... More

Just average. Salad was small, steak was a bit tough, and my asparagus was wilted, while the fellow a few stools down had beautiful asparagus!!! And he didn't even eat his! Service was good, and drinks were good.

We ate here two evenings during our stay for Clicker Expo. We were able to get a table quickly. The food was good, but the steaks were not cooked as ordered at our second seating. We were offered replacements, but due to the late hour opted not to wait for them to cook. The wait staff were very efficient and... More

Nothing special about this outback, nothing wrong with it either. The only VERY strange thing about it was that it was the only remaining thing in the entire shopping mall right on the water. Looked like a ghost town, but convenient to our location.

Had dinner just before closing time, wood-grilled sirloin, good quality, quick service and friendly staff. Overall positive experience, a good place for a stop.

Very disapointed for this chain. The steak came to the table cold. The BBQ Ribs tasted like they were frozen and reheated in micowave, Shrimp on stick - tastless. Baked potato not completly cooked. Never again. Very disapointed for this chain.

Came for a conference and this was convenient to the hotel (short covered walk from Sheraton). Came for both lunch (burger) and dinner (NY strip steak). Both were not prepared well. Burger was preformed, overdone and steak full of tendons and lacked seasoning. Both tasted like they came off a steam tray, not a grill. Staff was attentive but tried... More
