They call it thick, hand-cut bacon. I called it hot, grease squirting, pig fat. So so so gross. Nice server sent it back for me. Got another one exactly the same. Who wants a hunk of bacon over one inch thick?! It was like the sloppy discard trimmings of a pork chop. I didn't look in the sandwich before biting...got... More

The experience that my husband and I had this evening at Bistro was disappointing. It was an anniversary dinner and we made a reservation (wasn't necessary since there were only 2 other tables filled on a Friday at 7:30). We show up on time and no one was at the hostess station. No problem, not in a hurry. An employee... More

Everything I ate was awesome! The menu was unique, which I like. I would absolutely return here. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Very classy restaurant.

Todd Jurich's is one of the best restaurants I've been to around the world!!!! I have been here numerous times from special occasions, to wine pairings, to special events and special evenings and every time the whole experiences was fantastic!!!!, The bar is just wonderful, great for an after work drink to showing up early for a relaxing cocktail, glass... We visited Todd Jurich’s Bistro with high expectations and hungry. The location has valet parking in front of the restaurant for a fee ($5) not including the tip. There is a city garage around the corner if you choose to use it. The restaurant is pleasing to the eye and spacious but not contemporary. We asked for a booth and... More

Todd Jurich serves some of the best new southern cuisine in this area. His culinary expertise, particularly with local crab, rockfish and oysters, is some of the best I have ever witnessed. Meats are also well presented with unique sauces, herbs and interpretations. The restaurant has a very good wine list, full bar, and table service is normally excellent. Gordon,... More

They were running one hour behind for a reservation we made weeks in advance. No apology or acknowledgement of this. Food was excellent but service will keep me from returning.

I am not a cook at all, but I know if I was told by a guest that their meat was too rare I would be able to make it right. This is not difficult. What is surprising is that a supposed chef with training can't satisfy a guest the first time and the guest must sit with no food... More

Restaurant week in Norfolk gave us a good reason to visit again and get a three course meal at a very reasonable price. We have been here before and were always delighted with the food and service. I had the pumpkin soup with sweet blue crab while my husband had the roasted oysters similar to Oysters Rockefeller. Both were very... More

A group of five foodies went there for dinner on Saturday night as none of us had been in awhile and wanted a dining experience. All ordered appetizers - none of which were anything special. Dinners arrived after a long wait after appetizers and were really disappointing. Risotto special of lobster and scallops arrived with lobster meat that had been... More
