A group of about 10 of us went for lunch. Servers were friendly, food came out fast, and was pretty good. In and out in <1 hour for lunch.

This restaurant was recommended by a local business owner on the same street. The decor inside was cute. The lighting low, I guess that was to keep you from spotting the rundown, dark grey, used and abused, sticky carpet covering the floor that needed to be replaced 10 years ago. The service was attentive and friendly. The food came out... More

I have been in couple Thai Resturant in Portland and been to Thailand this is the real thing. The pad thai noodles was great. Also we had the crusted talapia garnished with mango cubs mmmmmmm. Also the panang tufu and vegetables was delishous. Finally the service was great. Bravo Zulu folks.

We go to two places in Hampton Roads for thai: Rama Garden for the drunken noodles and Royal Thai for panang or red curry. I absolutely love the food at Rama Garden and the service is always attentive and friendly. I have gone for lunch and dinner, but I would recommend not going in for lunch if you are on... More

If you like Thai food, this is a great place. I was solo so I only tried one dish. My dinner was very flavorful - and also quite large. Definitely get some appetizers and split a meal. Wonderful Thai food with great service.

I was in Norfolk a year ago and had a memorable meal here at Rama Garden Thai. When I went back to Norfolk this year, I headed back to see if the food was still as good. In fact, it was better. This simple restaurant on Granby St (literally down the street from Chrysler Hall and The Norfolk Scope) is... More

We ordered masaman curry with tofu and vegetable fried rice, along with spring rolls and crab Rangoon. Everything was tasty. The portions for the entrees are very large. The price was only 40 for two huge entrees and two appetizers plus tax. The decor borders on whimsical, but it is very attractive and relaxing inside. The booth seats come across... More

I was stucked in Norfolk downtown area because of a bomb threat attack nearby... All cops were blocking streets and we could get out of this area... It was lunch time so I decided for some Thai food... Usually pretty fast service, good food and very affordable... I got lunch under $10 and it was very good... Strongly recommended ;-)

This is a really good restaurant, whether or not you are a fan of Thai food. I have eaten here at least ten times and I have never been disappointed. Last night, my girlfriend had the spicy scallops and I have the Pad Thai noodles. This was her first time there, and she really liked it. I tried a new... More

Worst service I have ever had. Watched other people get food first who ordered after we did. Server had the personality of a wet cat. It wasn't even busy, bot took two hours to get ourteams main course.
