Great views, great rustic tuscan food..... lighthearted service! Fabulous!!

Admittedly I was not optimistic as we bounced up and down an unpaved narrow track for a few kilometers... and could not imagine that this would end with a memorable dining experience. But the reviews were good, so onward we went! After we parked our car, and wandered to the restaurant, we... read more

We had a lovely Tuscan Sunday dinner here and were very happy with both service and food. We ordered the truffle ravioli and had a steak with shaved truffles and parmesan, plus a fantastic bottle of Chianti-wine that the waiter recommended. Very good prices considering the quality. Will absolutely come back!

the location is so beautiful that it's worth a visit even if the food is just so-so. I had the mixed appetizers, nothing special. Then we had a tris of pasta - potato ravioli with fresh tomatoes and arugola, spaghetti with tomatoes and burrata (good!) and pappardelle with wild boar. the only really good one was the spaghetti. then there... I escort and send people to Italy. I have sent many clients here and have dined here myself numerous times. The food is excellent. My favorite dish is the Antipasto di Rignana, a board filled with a huge variety of meats, cheeses, vegetables, bruschetta, etc. Their pasta is to die for. And the view from the verandah - it's eye-popping!... More

My friend and i were taking a wine tour and we stopped here for lunch. The place is something out of this world. Well, maybe, my world. So beautiful! The food? Gosh, i still dream about them. The pasta was delicious, the tomatos were so fresh! I don't like tomatos but there, i finished them! That's just crazy! The salad,... More

Saw this place featured on CBS-TV 60 Minutes program 4-5 years ago, and have been waiting to visit ever since. We finally made it on June 17th, and it was so worth the wait. Just absolutely perfect.

We came here on the basis of TripAdvisor reviews and could not have enjoyed our meal more. The setting is beautiful, nestled in the Tuscan hills at the end of a dirt track. The staff are extremely friendly, very accommodating to all nationalities and also dogs. The food is fantastic, plenty of rustic Tuscan favourites and their speciality is grilled... More

Set amongst the beautiful Tuscan landscape this restaurant combines fabulous al fresco dining with tantalizing Tuscan dishes. The menu is not overwhelming and is reasonably priced for the offering. I had the tagliatelle with pork sausage and truffles followed by the special of grilled pork ribs. There was 4 of us dining and no one was disappointed. Well, the only... More

We were on a tour of wineries in the chianti region of Florence and this is the place we were taken for lunch. It was simply outstanding. We tried different wines with our meal but the food was incredible. Salad, pasta and various types of meats. Simply outstanding. Everyone agreed and on a future visit to Florence I definetly will...
