Set amongst the beautiful Tuscan landscape this restaurant combines fabulous al fresco dining with tantalizing Tuscan dishes. The menu is not overwhelming and is reasonably priced for the offering. I had the tagliatelle with pork sausage and truffles followed by the special of grilled pork ribs. There was 4 of us dining and no one was disappointed. Well, the only... More

We were on a tour of wineries in the chianti region of Florence and this is the place we were taken for lunch. It was simply outstanding. We tried different wines with our meal but the food was incredible. Salad, pasta and various types of meats. Simply outstanding. Everyone agreed and on a future visit to Florence I definetly will... Such a wonderful stop during a Tuscany day trip. We had 3 excellent Chianti's that I sure wish I could have brought home in my suitcase. The pasta was heavenly--perfectly made. Crostini, salad, meats--we had a 5 course meal and every bite was wonderful.

We loved our dinners here. The pasta with truffles and sausage was so delicious. We loved their Bruschetta......so fresh! We ate here 3 times. The waitstaff was professional and lots of fun.

It was he second time we had a dinner there, and we were a bit afraid that the second time won't be so perfect as the first was some 5 years ago. It was, or even better. Waiters were accommodating, the food was perfect, (among others the best

Assuming you like truffle, consider the Burratina al Tartufo fresco to start with and the Tagliatelle (or Mezzalune) al Tartufo fresco to continue. Accompany with Brunello Di Montalcino (Casanova Di Neri) and finish with the home-made Tiramisu: an absolute treat!

we heard about this place so it came recommended. we went for lunch(a better option in my opinion due to the incredible views....) and just had a blast with food, great service and an incredible view. wine list is decent too actually and the waiter was excellent. the pasta with wild boar was to die for, and tagliata with gorgonzola... Worth to visit if your needs for views prevail over needs for great food, taking in mind the location out of the way. Came specially for Fiorentina steak, didn't take anything else, except of wine. Here was the first problem - the wine was spoiled ( probably heat damaged or oxidized). It could happen everywhere, not the problem of particular... More

This place is certainly out of the way (take your GPS with you) but worth the drive. We arrived about 7 pm, and as the staff was just sitting down to their dinner we were each given a complimentary glass of prosecco and some antipasti on the patio, overlooking a typically beautiful Tuscan valley. We went in for dinner in... More
