We were here in October 2014 and now in April 2015, we like the place!! And in august we will mary by Rignana. After 3 kilometers 'off road' you will find the restaurant in the middle of a real tuscan scenery (😀with view). Maybe your car will be a litlle bit dusty, but no matter. you need courage to come up that white bumpy road - but the view and setting is worth it - the food a little less - large portions yes, but a little heavy on the sauce. a heap of coarse watery salt on the plate with a tagliata, still dont know what for, service very, very slow, i sat in... More

During our honeymoon, my husband and I went on a walkabout florence wine and food tour. This restaurant was one of our stops for lunch and the food was absolutely amazing. The meat was seasoned to perfection and the pasta was the best we had in Italy. Definitely worth a visit if in the Chianti region.

Lovely place to gather with friends or family. Excellent food choices. Great wine. Enjoy strolling around the vineyards and the grounds. You will not be disappointed.

Good food , great views and an unexpected out of the way treat. Good wines and natural air conditioning made a hot day bearable.

The views from the restaurant are awesome, that is after you manage to get there via hardly maintained dirt-road. The staff was friendly and helpful, but started to lose breath when the restaurant filled up. Our food was simple and good, but I would not call it exceptional. Still the ambience and views make up for it. For tourist this... More

I loved our meal here this place has everything going for it, the view, the lovely meal we had the melon and prosciutto and the pork which was delicious. But this was all taken away by the fact that we were surrounded by smokers at all the tables around us. I don't want smokers around me while I am eating.... More

Admittedly I was not optimistic as we bounced up and down an unpaved narrow track for a few kilometers... and could not imagine that this would end with a memorable dining experience. But the reviews were good, so onward we went! After we parked our car, and wandered to the restaurant, we were immediately enchanted and reminded of one of... More

We had a lovely Tuscan Sunday dinner here and were very happy with both service and food. We ordered the truffle ravioli and had a steak with shaved truffles and parmesan, plus a fantastic bottle of Chianti-wine that the waiter recommended. Very good prices considering the quality. Will absolutely come back!

the location is so beautiful that it's worth a visit even if the food is just so-so. I had the mixed appetizers, nothing special. Then we had a tris of pasta - potato ravioli with fresh tomatoes and arugola, spaghetti with tomatoes and burrata (good!) and pappardelle with wild boar. the only really good one was the spaghetti. then there...
