Excellent. We ended eating three times in 1 week. Yes view is nice, but the reason you go is for the food and in particular the truffles which are served in hefty portions. last day we were there, this is what i ordered: - Buratina with truffles - truffle ravioli - tagliatta with truffles Simple, delicious.

Apart from the location, the restaurant is definitely below its potential. The dishes are scanty, mediocre and too expensive. We had to wait 1 1/2 hour for 2 eggs with truffle without any flavour! No apetizers, the meat comes without any garnish. The wine was too warm, the dessert to forget. The background music is amiss. The prices are far too high.... More

We enjoyed typical Tuscan fare here. Communication was a bit tough in my English and very limited Italian, but the service was friendly and efficient. We had one vegetarian option (the vegetarian option is a couple pasta dishes and some side dishes for the secondi) and one wild boar pasta followed by steak with truffles. The prices were fair and... It was simply the most beautiful setting for lunch! Food was great! Looks like driving in to the forest for lunch but it was magical. Highly recommend. We sat outside. It looked like a scene from a movie.

Tucked away down a small dirt road (but well worth the drive) this is a lovely restaurant in a stunning location. The antipasto platter was amazing - a wonderful selection of local produce. The osso buco was the best I have ever tasted! Good value as well.

Pictures don't do it justice! Very picturesque and more rustic elegant yet very welcoming atmosphere. You overlook the vineyards, the stars at night are amazing. Food was very good, reasonably priced, and the local wine is a must!

A trully unique restaurant in.... the middle of nowhere!!!! it is hard to find, the road is not good but all these things worth for everyone to try them because the final result is excellent! the view of a piece of Tuscany forest-valley is breathless, the food is tasty, the wines (especially the local 'rosato') are in a top level,... it takes some narrow curves and a bumpy road (but you get to see Montefioralle or Badia a Passignano on the way). and then it's just breathtaking. the view is fantastic, the waiters super nice and the food is exactly how it should be. the house wine, from their own vineyards, is great. we were offered prossecco in the beginning... The food was delicious and wow they give you a lot of it! We went at night, I would recommend going maybe in the afternoon or when the sun is setting because I'm sure the view is amazing, it was just so dark when we went it was hard to see the view. This place feels like its in the... More

We ate here on two occasions and everything we tried was perfection. The steak, the pastas, the charcuterie and wine were the best. The restaurant, the grounds, views and service will not dissapoint.
