This wonderful country trattoria is tucked away miles from the nearest paved road, but well worth the trip! The food is terrific, the service leisurely, and the views of the surrounding vineyards and countryside incomparable. We loved it so much we visited twice during our 2 day stay in Greve. Try the moon shaped pasta with creamy truffle sauce!

Great food great scenery what more can you ask for. The road you take to get there is a little scary but when you arrive it's worth it.

We were staying at Fattoria Rignana so booked a table at the Cantinetta 50m along the drive (operated separately from the accommodation). We had a really lovely meal with great service. I thought it was excellent value for 3 courses each including a bottle of the local Chianti Classico at €134.

Definitely a restaurant for truffles lovers! We ordered fileto with truffles and it came with truffles fully covering the meat! I've never seen such a generous serving of truffles before. Absolutely delicious and the Tuscan scenery is great! Also the chicken liver pâté on bread is fantastic!

Excellent. We ended eating three times in 1 week. Yes view is nice, but the reason you go is for the food and in particular the truffles which are served in hefty portions. last day we were there, this is what i ordered: - Buratina with truffles - truffle ravioli - tagliatta with truffles Simple, delicious.

Apart from the location, the restaurant is definitely below its potential. The dishes are scanty, mediocre and too expensive. We had to wait 1 1/2 hour for 2 eggs with truffle without any flavour! No apetizers, the meat comes without any garnish. The wine was too warm, the dessert to forget. The background music is amiss. The prices are far too high.... More

We enjoyed typical Tuscan fare here. Communication was a bit tough in my English and very limited Italian, but the service was friendly and efficient. We had one vegetarian option (the vegetarian option is a couple pasta dishes and some side dishes for the secondi) and one wild boar pasta followed by steak with truffles. The prices were fair and... It was simply the most beautiful setting for lunch! Food was great! Looks like driving in to the forest for lunch but it was magical. Highly recommend. We sat outside. It looked like a scene from a movie.
