This unassuming little hole in the wall of a restaurant serves up some pretty impressive down home Italian cooking. I had a simple veal steak served with rosemary potatoes, my wife had the papardelle with chingale. Both dishes were perfectly prepared and very tasty when served with a very reasonably priced local Chianti Classico. The anti pasti plate we had... More

The food was outstanding - an appetizer of pecorino cheese, pears and greens followed by a dish if wild boar ragu and a spinach ravioli covered with bits of pumpkin and shaved pecorino cheese topped off with a bottle of Chianti's finest. Voila, all in all the perfect way to end our last night in Tuscany

This is not one of those 'gourmet' high priced ristorantes on the piazza in Greve, but it is good. The lasagna with bechamel is very good, but not always on the menu. You can get wine by the carafe which is a good deal if you don't have somewhere to take the remains of the bottle with you. The service... More

Had a simple lunch of bruschetta. Tasteless. No garlic and no olive oil. This was after waiting to place our order with staff who looked totally disinterested. To add insult to this they charged Euro 4 for the 2 of us for the cover charge. A total of Euro 16.60 for 2 tasteless bruschettas and some tap water! I won't... More

Loved the food we were a party of six everyone enjoyed the delicious pasta dishes all homecooked. We all had desserts and watch one was lovely. The wine was a good price and good quality. Overall a great experience would highly recommend.

This was an absolute gem, it's a smaller restaurant in the main Greve square which offers a lot of choice and is great to just sit back and relax. The food was brilliant, exactly the sort of fresh and testy meal we had been looking for. The Chianti pasta or gnocchi are both worth trying and the wine was (as... More

This is the first time we have eaten here and the food was very good, probably become our new favourite place in Greve town centre. What made it even better was the excellent service and the way they dealt with our 18 month old granddaughter. The food was fresh, tasty and timely. Complemented by a good recommendation on wine. Well... More

Nice restaurant in the main square of Greve. Good food ("pappardelle al cinghiale" and "pici with salami sauce" highly recommended) and reasonable prices. Excellent for an informal meal. Avoid Saturday lunch (it is market time...so very busy).

Small square shopfront, but great kitchen that produces excellent local and traditional meals, prepared with love and quality ingredients. Restaurant also has special children's menus which makes family dining a lot easier.
