We made our way to Villa Bordoni down tiny winding roads. So glad no cars came the other way. At the end is Villa Bordoni which looks beautiful. great views. Would be interesting to stay there. Service was good and the food was lovely. I had duck- would recommend this place.

We were staying next door at Casa Mezzuola and had dinner there twice. The food was exquisite in particular the semifredo, the t-bone steak and the rabbit... You can also enjoy drinks al fresco in the garden full of white roses anytime during the day.

I chose Villa Bordoni as a destination lunch spot to break up a long drive down to Chianti from Venice, and was really glad to have done so. Everything I read about Villa Bordoni on Tripadvisor was spot on – the location is idyllic somewhere just outside of Greve, and the farmhouse has been turned into both a high end... More

It's natural to dine here if you are staying at the hotel, but you needn't feel that you are compromising or missing out on a fine dining experience. As others have written, the kitchen, wine list, and service were outstanding. I'll relate an experience similar to that of the vegan reviewer. We were there Easter week, and one of our... More

We decided to try their restaurant the first night of our stay since we had read raving reviews. I notified them that I was vegan ahead of time and confirmed that they would be able to accommodate my diet. Our waiter was really friendly and attentive. The chef personally came to chat with me before we ordered to ensure that... More

Gnocchi with truffles to die for. The semifreddo - can still taste it!!! Wine was great and the service was excellent and the location spectacular. Would definitely go back when next I am in the region. Highly recommended.

Food is fantastic - the best we experienced in Italy (and we are not afraid to seek out and pay for good food) and the service was faultless. If you are staying in the Greve region this is a must do.

We were a group of five Australians - all of whom love good food and wine! We got both at this restaurant. What a find. Very welcoming and friendly owners - took the time to chat and explain the menu and wine. Two ordered the gnocchi with porcini and white summer truffles - exquisite. Three of us ordered that, but... Eight norwegian women celebrated four of the group's birthdays in Tuscany in september 2013. The absolute climax this week, was wine testing and lunch at Villa Bordoni near Greve in Chianti. I have been there for some years ago, and it was because of this positive experience that I had made the reservation for the birthday event. We did not... More
