The restaurant serves typical tuscan cuisine. It was recommended by a friend who has spent his entire life in this region. The food was really nice and his recommendation to visit it was very much appreciated. We spent lovely afternoon there. Service was also quick and efficient. They were very accommodating to the fact we had 5 relatively small kids... More

Great italian food and wines. Fresh pasta, nice starters and of course great chianti wines from the region. Great atmosphere. Service very good. Al fresco dining.

This is a great restaurant with friendly service and delicious food. I've been living in Italy for a couple of years and my fiancé and I come to eat here at least every couple of months. Being in such a touristy spot, it's hard to find genuinely good food and honest service which is why this should be your go-to... More

We had the Tuscan T-bone steak. 1.4kg between four of us. Best steak I've had for ages. Beautifully cooked. Nice location on the main square in 'gravy'. Maybe slightly biased as it was after a heavy session of wine tasting at the medieval castle up the hill!

We were a party of four and stopped here for a quick lunch before continuing with our wine tastings. Three had salads but I had the papardelle wild boar ragu. It was Ok, but nothing special.

The one and only waitress had over 50 to serve and was in a bit of a tizzy. The food was nothing out of the ordinary. Nothing remarkable about this place.

Living in Boulder Colorado where quality eateries are abundant, my wife and I were surprised to find this little gem of a restaurant at the village square in Greve in Chianti. Get off the A1 and take the SR222 into Greve on your way from Rome to Florence. You won't be disappointed.

Based mainly on T/A reviews my wife and I ate at Mangiando-Mangiando, on the main piazza (Piazza Matteotti) in the historical center of Greve. Nice open piazza with several restaurant options. I am sorry that we chose Mangiando-Mangiando. For lunch we elected to split the Panzella Salad (typical bread and tomato salad) and split the Tuscan bean soup (2 or... More
