Great dinner

My wife and I came for a late dinner. We started with artichokes which were excellent. After that we each had sliced beef, ine with truffle and one with rosemary and pepper. Burn dishes were amazing. Service excellent as well.

Ristorante la Castellana is NOT to be missed. The setting is small and intimate and the food is homemade, fabulous and a great value. On a recent week long visit to Tuscany, this restaurant was perhaps our favorite. The lunch and dinner menus are the same so go when you are able to secure a booking - which you should... More

Very romantic restaurant with rustic Tuscan food. Their Tiramisu is the best ever! Little tricky to find but worth it. Great pasta and meat. No fish.

A 3 night stay in this bed and breakfast castle and wine estate was unique. Pack light as lugging heavy suitcases up steep stairs was a trial, but on checkout, going down was much easier! Our group was split between spacious apartments which were very unique, and more like hotel style rooms. Both comfortable, the rooms more modern than apartment,... More

We were delightfully surprised to find a restaurant of this quality in such an out of the way place. The restaurant is family run. Mama is cooking the food. The daughter and her fiancée, and brother, are waiting tables. The staff could not have been more pleasant and solicitous. We each had some type of pasta, each with a different... More

We love this little gem of a restaurant. It is tucked into the side of the hill heading into Montefioralle. Inside is a rustic and charming room with a vaulted ceiling. There is a terrace across the road looking out over the valley, including the vineyards which produce the wine that they offer! The food is amazing and really reasonably... More

Our hotel recommended this little restaurant so we stopped in for lunch. Very friendly service, and out-of-this-world ravioli with fresh truffles, and simple but flavorful bruschetta with beans.
