We got recommendation from a ticket staff at Piazza Amerina then we headed here. We really love the pizza here. We love a warm welcome by the host, food were superb. Really Miss this place.

After the recommendation from our host and the reviews here, we arrived expecting good service and food; neither materialized....the waiter welcomed us warmly however, upsold everything he could, from the wine- for which there is no wine list- so you had to rely on his good graces- to the "homemade" pasta rather than regular spaghetti. The pasta dish was ok,... More

My son found this restaurant in the Lonely Planet book. It was a warm day and we had the table by the front door which was open. The service and the food was just great and highly recommended and reasonable.

Great pizza from a wood fired oven (only operated in the evening). The desserts were not bad either ;-)

We went twice to this place because we enjoyed it, first for lunch when it was packed, the second time for dinner when it was quieter. Both times we had traditional Italian fare home made and delicious. The service was friendly without being overwhelming. The atmosphere of the place is not touristy but traditional. Good value as well.

Been here twice. First time pizza which was very good, but second night we tried other food which was not very good (soup tasted mouldy) and service extremely slow;so on average it was just average.. All locals eat pizza... should have been a hint!

I went to the restaurant in September but forgot the name of it! Could not recommend it highly enough, delicious food and keenly priced. Bit of an uphill walk to get there but well worth it for the pistachio pasta!

This restaurant was recommended by the parking attendant at the Villa Romana del Casale and I thank him for it! Was easy to find, staff was kind and helpful, and we had a very pleasant and very tasty lunch. Would eat here again no question.
