Good choice of wines .we had porccini sausage and cream of white truffle Tagliettli .wild boar pasta, tasty! Veal in white wine ,finally freshly made chocolate souffle ,nutty ice-cream. Waiter service excellent huge menu choice. Only thing we could not order was organic wine only a very small thing . Give it a try!

Unlike the other excellent restaurants in Alberobello - this one seems to have a more extensive menu as well as some more unusual dishes.
The best truffle and porcini tagliatelle, outstanding capeletti stuffed with lobster meat - prawn and saffron pasta and a few other outstanding dishes were sampled.
The anitpasti were a little disappointing compared to Fidelio - but...

We stayed in a Trullo in Alberobello through Trulli Holiday, and they were quick to recommend this restaurant - they supply the breakfasts and you get a 15% discount if you dine here whilst staying with them. It was a little hard to find - being well tucked away - but once we did find it, we had a LOT...

This is where you come to eat the breakfast when you stay at Trulli Holidays. They have a very good buffet breakfast that includes eggs, bacon etc. What we americans are used too.
