They used fresh (like hours old) organic buffalo milk in all cafe products -- ice cream, whipped cream, cappuccino, etc. It's AMAZING! Must try!

My wife has ALWAYS wanted to tour a buffalo mozzarella farm and we finally did it. Not only was the tour informative and interesting but tasting that cheese just as it was made is to die for. Don't forget to buy some before you leave.

I visited this farm as part of a group tour, so we had the opportunity to tour the buffalo barn, museum, and grounds, as well as have a mozzarella lunch. Vannulo is a beautiful place, from the olive tree-lined entry road to the fields and buildings. It was interesting to see the feeding, relaxing, and milking areas and get to... More

If you are anywhere in Campania, even if not close to Salerno, make your way to Tenuta Vannulo. Our visit was the delight of a heavenly honeymoon to Italy, and a perfect place to stop on our way back to Tivoli, then Rome, then home. The first thing you will notice is the volume of patrons & cars. This water... More

Having lived in the region and familiar with most mozzarella manufactures in that area, this is by far the best product you will ever taste! I still stop by on our way home for vacation from the Naples airport to pickup a few kilos of bocconcini!

We had a booking time but were fobbed off by an hour because a larger group arrived. This meant we missed out on a boat trip later in the day. The tour was glib and scripted and lacked something. The facility is modern and the buffalo seem happy but we were not.

Great ice-cream, friendly staff, and buffalos a plenty! Perfect for a stop on a long journey, the shop offers coffees, yoghuts and ice-creams in many flavours. Pay at the desk for what you want, then take your ticket to the counter where they fulfil the order. You can wander around parts of the farm and see the buffalo in the... More

this is a place open only on morning hours for breakfast or early lunch. You can buy your fresh cheese in this shop which is connected directly to the buffalo farm. Despite the fact it has an international fame (I saw 2 new ferrari sportcars parked in the staff parking place) all is still homemade and traditional

After doing the buffalo farm tour we went into the farm shop. There are very few places that make and sell their product on site with such good quality. The mozzarella was stunning and tasted fantastic. We also tried the homemade yoghurts and there equally as good and we even bought more take bring back (they never made it, we... More

When it comes to Buffalo Mozzarella there are few places in Italy where you will get the real deal. Let’s go. There are some decent producers in Lazio but the best are in Campania. In Caserta and Naples you can find some decent ones even though the former seems to have hygiene issues, but if you want (Numero Uno) you... More
