Although this farm is atypical for the area (given that it is organic and integrates high tech milking machines into the process) it is well worth the visit and the taste. Excellent yogurt, very good scamorza. Mozzarella was over by the time we got there, so must have been good. They drive there from miles around, with similar cheesemakers at every other corner; what better testament to quality? Prices are reasonable, and you can stay there for the night, enjoying meats and ice creams, too.

They used fresh (like hours old) organic buffalo milk in all cafe products -- ice cream, whipped cream, cappuccino, etc. It's AMAZING! Must try!

My wife has ALWAYS wanted to tour a buffalo mozzarella farm and we finally did it. Not only was the tour informative and interesting but tasting that cheese just as it was made is to die for. Don't forget to buy some before you leave.

I visited this farm as part of a group tour, so we had the opportunity to tour the buffalo barn, museum, and grounds, as well as have a mozzarella lunch.
