we ate at this simple local taverna on a cool, wet evening. Busy inside, as no outside tables. Prompt service from a charming waitress with excellent English. Good, simple food, and my partner's octopus stuf ado was seriously good. A good choice in a town with lots of them.

The food was delicious and I would definitely come here again, however it is not the type of food you should expect to blow you away. The meal was solid as we ordered the fried local fish (catch of the day) and the veal in tomato sauce. Both were as promised and filling. The value is great as only 20... More

A family tavern, in the heart of Agios Georgios (Saint George) district close to Naxos Chora, which serves original, traditional recipes, that are up to your expectations even if you are a strict judge. No wonder tables in the small alley were always full in the evening. Good and fast service, reasonable prices, too.

If you let Michael guide your choice, you won't go far wrong. Knowledgeable, engaging and charming, if my wife didn't like moustaches, I might have been worried. Ask for the house wine, absolutely fantastic and they'll sell you a litre takeaway for later. Posh ambience and food at reasonable prices. Excellent

Very nice tavern, with tasty traditional greek food. Good quantity/prices. Sadly, there is no view to the port or the sea, yet we would recommend it and revisit.

Amazing and well run family Greek restaurant. We are a large group of 9 adults and were always happy to get a table at To Elliniko. The staff were most welcoming and pleasant. We have returned here many times as food is first class with a well varied menu and is reasonably priced. I highly recommend a visit there. You... More

This is one of the most authentic Greek foods I've had thus far in the Cyclades. The decor is minimal but reminds you of history and culture. The food is fantastic (I highly recommend the lamb in tomato) and they even offered some free dessert at the end. Great staff and great food, there's little more you can ask from... More

Not a pleasant evening - the owner pestered us to come in and eat and once we were seated was most unpleasant. Anyone who knows Greece knows they have a cat problem - it's part of the culture. That said when the owner started kicking kittens and throiwing hot and cold water at them we simply left - not recommended... More
