While staying over in the Newport News area I got a hankering for Thai food. We selected Thaijindesu based on the reviews on this site, and I am glad we did. The service and food were both very good. I ordered the green curry with chicken and it was pretty spicy. At my local Thai restaurant at home I order... More

My family and I absolutely love Thai food and I found this restaurant from doing a Google search for a Thai restaurant near our hotel. The location, ambience, service, price and food of Thaijindesu are all excellent! We absolutely enjoyed everything about our experience while dining at this restaurant. Our waiter was a true gem and we also had the... More

This is easily the best Thai place we've found in the Hampton Roads area. The food was delicious, particularly the Crab Rangoon. It was not the typical, mass produced cream cheese-stuffed pastry. The service was excellent, and the decor is clean and tasteful. We'll definitely be back.

This fine restaurant is located in a posh neighborhood. The ambiance was fine. The food was spicy hot and delicious. Service was excellent. We ordered Green shrimp curry and Panang shrimp curry were very good. Tum Yum soup was very, very hot. Be careful. Authentic food.

During our stay at Williamsburg, we drove to Newport News and had lunch at Thaijindesu. The food was excellent, and the service was great. Most of the servers are from Thailand, and they enjoyed talking to me and my daughter, because we've been to Thailand several times. They have the real authentic flavors of Thai food.

I have had dinner here on many occasions. Mostly for special occasions. the service is great. the food is good but nothing special for Thai/sushi. Many Thai restaurants are less expensive so if you are expecting bargain food here you will be mistaken. the Thai part of the menu is a bit pricey but the sushi is in line as... More

While searching for a restaurant to meet my mom's "something different " request, I stumbled upon this gem on trip advisor. Everything you read is true!! It was delicious! We sat outside on their perfect patio but above all else their service was impeccable! I felt like a princess. I never had to request a thing, the water was always... More

This restaurant is a gem! The food is excellent, great selection including some Japanese and Korean specialties. The sushi rolls are priced fantastic for the quantity (12 roll pieces for $12) and delicious! My husband had curry, which he loved. I had a seafood special with soft shell crab and sweet and sour sauce with fresh cilantro. Delicious! We will... More

My boyfriend and I decided to dine at this restaurant over the weekend for something different and I am sure glad we did. We knew the food had to be good with the seating being full with a 30 minute wait. We sat at the bar and the bartender was more than accomodating with the drink menu and served delicious... More

My wife and I and our two adult children had dinner at Thaijindesu on a recent Saturday evening. We have eaten here before and loved it. We were all very pleased this time, as well. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Our daughter had sushi, my son-in-law had a stir fry. I had the Siamese Fried Rice and my... More
