Good

everything is good, either you go for breakfast or lunch, if it is breakfast try their cheese soufflé is very yummy. For lunch I like their potato soup just know they don't have it everyday. Their Swiss and ham sandwich is very good.

Panera is rarely exciting. The same everywhere you go. This one was no exception. But when you are in a hurry and want a safe place to have reasonably wholesome and healthy food from a familiar chain, it is hard to beat Panera. (OK, maybe Qdoba or Chipotle, but that is about it.) I recommend the Chicken and Rice soup.... More

Same as all the others, a little bit bigger. Service, seating cleanliness seems to be uniform across the board. The turkey chili I had was not the best. A bit spicy and although there was a lot in the bowl, it seemed to be a small portion. The mac/cheese good, grilled cheese good, smoke house turkey panini had to much... More

Clean restaurant, good food & service (on a busy Saturday, Noon 9-6-14). Tempting pastry display case coming in the front entryway. Tried a delicious cinnamon roll (https://www.panerabread.com/en-us/menu-categories/pastries-and-sweets.html ) & white chocolate & raspberry mini cake (OK) and BBQ Chicken Flat-bread sandwich (OK). Self serve soft drinks & coffee available. Wifi available.

Walk in and get greeted by a friendly employee. They are patient I you are there for the first time. I asked questions about their sandwich and employee was very helpful. if she didn't know an answer she would look it up. Tried the Thai salad and was not disappointed. Their prices are a little high. Finished the meal with... More

I had a few gift cards for Panera so I called in my order (Lemon chicken or so soup and Thai chicken flatbread). I had gone to the website prior to ordering and signed up for the rewards problem which entitled me to a free sweet/ dessert instantly. I got the pecan braid. Food tasted fresh and delicious. Small portions,... More

We are from Florida and were visiting family in Newport News. We were glad to find a Panera Bread for lunch. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and we really enjoyed eating at a restaurant we know from back home. It was very crowded and busy the day we ate lunch. But the service was very good and... More

We stopped here for breakfast on our way through Newport News. It was challenging to get to because our GPS kept getting confused as to our location. After driving in circles for a bit, we happily located the Panera Bread farther down the road than where the GPS was leading. If you can muddle through a confused GPS system and... More
