I've been a customer here for over 20 years. I know the owners well, and they always greet me with a smile. There's a closed-in patio out back, with great live acoustic entertainment on Wednesdays. Live bands on the weekends. Food is great! Smoking out back only, so non-smokers enjoy as well. You can find a few pictures of me... More

It was by chance that i stopped in here. While turning around I pulled into a parking lot almost full and the sign said seafood so I gave it a try. I can can see the biker motif or a rugged sports bar type locale. Tried the crab cake that was more like a pancake shape; it was spicy and... More

Good Food, Excellent waitress attire!!!!!! Really relax atmosphere, would not suggest children be in attendance. Sports bar place with multiple screens and pool tables.

Unless you are a biker, this is a place you will not hear or be told about it. It is located off I 64, in Newport News not far from the Highway. The place was recommended by a friend of mine. I went there for a specific reason: Their summer fest officially kicked off with two 80s rock/heavy metal bands.... More

We did take out so I can't comment on the atmosphere, although my husband did come back to the car immediately and tell me it was a bar and not a deli (I found the restaurant searching on Tripadvisor). We gave it a try and were really glad we did. Got Italian, roast beef and tuna subs and they were... More

Must have this burger, enough for two if you want to share. Well worth the price. You won't be disappointed.

I have driven past this place on my way to work a million times. On the advice of several people, went there with friends at lunch. The atmosphere is definitely laid back/ casual/ upscale biker bar. The staff very friendly and attentive. The food is amazing!! Great burgers, seafood, awesome beer specials. I was super impressed and will definitely be... More

As far as biker bars are concerned, this would have to be one of my favorites. Great happy hour. Lots of different beers on draught. They even serve Boulevard's Tank 7 beer in a 32 oz mug. Most places only let you get up to 10 oz at a time due to the high alcohol content. They cater to all... More

Yes, Hoss's IS a biker bar. We knew that coming into this. That being said, it's not what you would expect from a biker bar. It is worn and rough around the edges - no art deco or crisp white tablecloths here, and one of the servers actually dropped the "s" bomb as she walked past our table - but... More

I have eaten here several times over the past 3 years. Great burgers, surprisingly good seafood and other well prepared dishes. It is the only place I have had grilled scallops so tender you can cut them with a plastic fork. Hands down they beat most of the "Seafood" restaurants on the peninsula. Big juicy burgers cooked to order. Once... More
