In the Olive Garden tradition, this restaurant was the expected "oh pretty good". We started with soup for me and salad for the others. I had a choice of soups and chose the gnocchi. For my main course, I had the chicken parmigiana which was OK. My brother had the steak Gorgonzola that he really enjoyed. It too was served... More

I'm not usually an Olive Garden fan but this particular location was our first visit. Absolutely wonderful service and the food was fresh and excellent unlike other locations we have visited outside of Virginia. We will definitely be returning again to this location.

Food is always excellent. I recommend the all-u-can-eat soup, salad n breadsticks. Most excellent soup is the white potato n sausage soup known as the biscato(?) soup. Yummy! However, we came in during lunchtime, when the soup salad n breadsticks are $7.99; but we finished our meal after their advertised special pricing was over, and they tried to charge me... More

The staff was very courteous, from the hostess to the manager. Our food came out hot and timely. The pasta was initially a little dry. The sauce was not plentiful in the Penne. A manager came by and asked how we were doing. We told them the pasta could use more sauce and she smiled and said no problem ladies.... More

After waiting for a family member, on a late plane, coming into Newport News Airport, we decided to grab dinner at a restaurant close to the airport. It was almost closing time. I am not a big fan of the Olive Garden chain but I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant personnel were very nice even though it was close to... More

The $11.99 menu was excellent! We enjoyed a nice dinner and we were able to walk from the hotel. Great food - good price - great service!

We lunched at the Olive Garden, Newport News, Virginia -- we enjoyed the endless soup, salad and bread sticks luncheon for $6.99 each. The bread sticks are warm, buttery, fluffy and outstanding. The salad is fresh, and comes accompanied with ice-cold plates. There is more than sufficient salad for two, and we had only one large bowl-full. The salad dressing... More

We had a party of seven, and was told a 30 minute wait. They checked on us a couple of times before seating us in about 20 minutes. Food was fast and good. Waitress was friendly and efficient. All the staff seemed very attentive, without being intrusive.

Popped in and had great fast service with exceptional food. The manager Star stopped by our table to check on service. Our waiter Ashanti was excellent with drinks and soup and salad. Outstanding overall and we were in and out in 45 minutes.
