A good choice

Lovely as it is St Martin de Re's choice of quality restaurants is limited but we thoroughly enjoyed dining here. A great position taking full advantage of the evening sun, excellent service , a really good value 39 euro menu and a good wine list . A nice ending to a great holiday

We ate here 3 times during this visit, all for dinner. Beautiful setting on pier side as sun sets, friendly and knowledgeable waiting staff, good food and set menus offer decent choices. Drank white Chambre Amour wine which was very refreshing with seafood. Will definitely recommend.

Perfect location on the port with nice terrace soaking up the last sun rays of the evening. Excellent see food, best oysters ever tasted, good service and friendly staff.

This was our first visit to this very chic modern and well positioned restaurant at the end of the porte over looking the boats and we had timed it well as the restaurant during the morning was in the shade which meant it might have been cold sitting in the porte with a cold wind. But at 13.30 the sun... More

Ten of us had a very well presented and delicious meal at this welcoming restaurant. We all enjoyed the food eating a variety of fish and meat dishes. If we hadn't finished lunch at 5.00 pm I might have said the service was a bit leisurely, but it turned into a long well paced meal. I appreciated that although we... More

Really good food, best to book even though it was before the season and it was to cold to sit outside. we had a starter and a main and two bottles of wine and it worked out to £30 a head, when you live in London this seems like great value. The wine was excellent value, really nice and the... More

Went to the Serghi on December 30. A lot of restaurants were closed, but we were very lucky with our choice. What a perfect evening. Cosy and warm ambiance, very friendly staff and the food was to die for. What do you need more on a cold evening on Ile de Re?? See you again this summer Serghi!!

One of the pillar on Ile de Ré. If you visit St Martin, have lunch or dinner at Le Serghi. It's opened outside the summer season and proposes a good food, nice and efficient service. Fresh local products, good wines.

We dined here as it was one of the restaurants recommended by the hotel, the location was excellent & we chose a table on the covered terrace arriving spot on time for our booking at 8:30. The food was nicely presented & well cooked, the prices were on the dear side but St Martin is not a cheap place to... More

My wife and I had an anniversary meal here and it was perfect for the occasion with stunning looking dishes backed up by great taste. The portion sizes were quite substantial and overall thought it was very good value for the island. It has a slightly quieter location than a lot of the other restaurants along the harbour in Saint... More
