Great location in the centre of town - decent food

Great for people watching and the food is decent too. Large room at the back if it looks full at the front.

My wife and children got their moules fix when visiting this place. I had an omelette that was beautifully cooked. The whole lunch was inexpensive and the service excellent

We were just looking for a light lunch during a busy day visiting the Normandy Beaches and by chance ended up at the small brasserie right across the Musée du Débarquement. The refurbished room is very clean and inviting, yet has all elements of the typical charm of a brasserie at the port: light colors and typical decoration. Although initially... More

We, like many reviewers, went to this brasserie while on a tour of the Normandy Beaches. Our tour guide had recommended a more expensive place next door, but with limited time available we looked for a simpler place. We both had Moules with Frites, and were the moules wonderful! (and the frites were great). I’m a great fan of New... More

After going around the beaches in Normandy, we looking for a place where we could get a quick bite. For the first timers to France, they traditionally serve lunch from 12-2, while dinner is served at around 7-10 pm. In between, your choices are limited to the french version of fast food. These places are called Brasseri's, which are small... More

Very friendly place. We went in and were the only people there but gradually other diners came along. I had the Normandy salad which consisted of local produce such as meat/cheese with salad and chips. Accompanied by some of the local cider too! Not too expensive either.

After a humbling visit to Arromanches DDay landings, we stopped over the road in this little Bistro cafe to sample Moules Frites which we both love. We have had this dish in many different countries and locations - this has to be one of the best Moules Frites we have had, cooked to perfection.

This is a very casual brasserie, with the feel of an American diner. Most of the patrons were French-speaking patrons, which we took as a good sign. The menu is limited, but includes enough to choose from. My husband ordered mussels and i a main-dish salad. The salad had lots of things in it, including a variety of greens, potatoes,... More

No surprises on the menu, but plenty of choice, we ordered salads which arrived incredibly quickly. They were unremarkable as was the bread. In a country with the best bread in the world, how come some restaurants give you the polystyrene variety? The puddings looked good but we didn't want to linger. It is a real pity that people sitting... More
