We were all very disappointed with the menu and the choice it had to offer, none of us fancied any of the starters and when it came to the main course the only thing I could find was a sirloin steak, which was ok, Once again this Restuarant lacked any kind of vegetable with any of the main courses which... Having had an awful meal the evening before at 6 Juin, this was a vast improvement if a little more expensive. Service was professional and the atmosphere was lovely. The duck confit was delicious, as were the accompanying potatoes - but, as always in France it seems, vegetables were absent and tis dish needed some crunchy green beans or the... More

It was nice being served aperitif and coffee in the salon, but we were disappointed by the meal. We went fot the menu at 25 euro. Foie gras with a piece of warm dry bread as my starter, cuisse de canard with mashed potato - all very plainly served - could have served the same up at home. Followed by... More

We came across this restaurant simply because we were staying in the same hotel - Le Mulberry. And how fortunate that was! From the friendly and personnable welcome to the friendly and efficient service and the excellent food you could find no better place to eat in Arromanches. This is not haute cuisine but traditional dishes prepared simply but well... More

Delicious vegetarian salad. Helpful staff, great location, charming interior. Don't be put off if it looks full, there's another room at the back, just as nice. Fun place, reasonably priced.

The owner of this hotel/restaurant is a delightful man. We had stayed at the hotel last year and we ate at this restaurant last night. The food was plentiful and delicious. The atmosphere is friendly bordering on the familiar. The prices are reasonable for food and wine. We look forward to coming back.

My family and I ate her two nughts ago. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, th staff are superb and the host extremeely friendly and helpful. The menu is short - which is always a good sign, full of Norman dishes - we had vegetable soup, a filo pastry, rillettes of goose to start, followed by delicious plaice, cod stake,... More

Lovely restaurant in the Mulberry Hotel. Christian and his wife run it --she cooks and he is a charming host who makes you feel so welcome. There is a delightful sitting area when you enter where you can have a pre-dinner glass of wine/cider/beer. Our hotel had called and got voice mail so they left a reservation request for us.... More

Small and friendly restaurant situated in the Mulberry Hotel, run by Christian and his wife (apologies for not knowing her name) who is an excellent chef. We ate there two nights on the run, free glass of rose cidre on arrival, relaxing environment to choose from the menu , almost like sitting in a good friends sitting room. Christian is... More
