Wonderful place to eat in Normandy/Day beaches

We stayed at the adjacent hotel (Le Mulberry which was wonderful as well) and since we were late on arrival decided to eat here and loved it. We enjoyed all of our food, but the duck was absolutely delicious. And they have a very good and affordable wine list. This is a very nice place to eat in... read more

Read the reviews on TA so gave it a go and wasn't disappointed. Nice modern decor and relaxed atmosphere with decent choice on the menu and an excellent set menu. Food was great and really well presented. Service was also excellent. Would highly recommend

Fabulous place, super food, great service, charming surroundings. Found this restaurant by chance, may need to book during peak periods. We were so impressed we booked breakfast the following morning which was excellent and inexpensive for experience.

This place delivers very high quality home made cooking for a very good price. We took the €25 menu for 2 adults (appetizer, main and dessert) , €20 menu for 2 kids and some wine by the glass and plenty of bottled water and our total was €128. Fois gras was delicious, aiguilletes de canard lardées fantastic. Desserts were all... More

To be honest, Arromanche doesn't look like the sort of place where you'd find a really good restaurant - down by the beach it has a real air of seaside town about it with takeaway pizzas and cheap cafes. I can't remember how we stumbled across this restaurant but I'm delighted that we did. It's reasonably spacious but not big... More

after checking TripAdvisor, we decided to have dinner here. We got there 15 minutes before 7pm, but they let us sit down, have an aperitif and took our order. We had a 3 course menu to try traditional food from Normandy and it was very very good. Our waiter was very nice and recommended a "natural" wine, so without sulfites... More

Based on a recommendation in Rick Steves' France guidebook, my wife and I stopped by this small restaurant located in a hotel also called Le Mulberry. The guidebook suggested reservations and that is definitely a good idea. We arrived a half hour before they opened and got the last table available for the evening. The food was excellent and typical... More

Great staff, very welcoming, excellent service. We chose the 28€ menu which is 4 courses! We chose a very nice bottle of St Emilion too, the wine was all priced at 25€ which made it easy to chose! The food was of an excellent quality, we ordered coffee and calvados which was served on the comfy chairs! I would highly... More

This was a little gem of a restaurant. The food was excellent and service was top notch. The dinner was reasonably priced.

We live in France and are quite disillusioned by the below average sameness of the majority of restaurants in our area. On a recent weekend trip to Arromanches we ate at this restaurant and were very pleasantly surprised. Fabulous service, very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious - well cooked, well flavoured and presented, portions of a good size. We... More
