Excellent Food

The restaurant is located on a quiet street directly behind the cathedral. The staff is attentive and the food is delicious. Like most of Granada, it is not air conditioned; but the ceiling fans do the trick.

Great steak house. Go here for really good steaks grilled over wood fire at reasonable prices (compared to NYC). Way different than US beef. Good wine pairings, mostly from south America.

I was told this is the best restaurant in Grenada, and perhaps Nicaragua. I can't argue with that. The steak i ordered was cooked to perfection and the service was excellent. Credit cards accepted.

Excellent food and perfect service. We always visit when in town. Not just one waiter but several to make sure you leave happy. The place is very clean. Lots of fans!!

Our last night in Nicaragua, the concierge at the hotel recommended this restaurant, walking distance from the hotel. He even made the reservation for our party of 10. Though we were slightly suspicious, we were very pleasantly surprised: Really, really good service, a very nice setting and delicious food, freshly prepared in the open kitchen over a wood fire. The beef is simply amazing, great friendly staff and overall good food, but the standout is the beef selection. Try Pumpkin soup and the Churrasco Maya.

We had some very nice steaks, Nicaraguan beef is good indeed. Our son had chicken fingers, also good. Good local beers. Very good local rum ( Flor de Cana). Fast service. Live music band. Restaurant is a bit touristy, very popular among tourist groups.

Really enjoyed dinner here on two occasions. The steak is really good and a great menu. Appetizers were also very good. Loved the civiche.

We had a wonderful meal. Good service, great steak, jalapeño cream sauce and the pepper steak. All tender and delicious. Reasonably priced.
