Try the fresh made Chorizo! Their chorizo and chimichurri sauce is to die for. The service was impeccable and the food sublime.

El Zaguan was recommended by some locals. We had lobster dinners the first time we ate there. It was so good, we went back the next night for the steak. The lobster was delicious and perfectly prepared on the grill. The filet mignon was the best we have had in Central America--very tender, flavorful, and grilled perfectly. Wait staff is... More

Expensive place for Nicaragua, but great food and service! Worth a visit during your stay in Granada.

We had dinner at this restaurant twice in the one week we stayed in Nicaragua. We had to return because the steak was simply amazing. Having had Kobe beef in Kobe, Argentinian steak in Buenos Aires, and now Churrasco steak in Granada, I must say this place ranks pretty high up there. The meat was so flavorful and texture was... After a walk through the streets of Granada, we stopped by with a group to have dinner (12 people). We had a great time. There was live music, maybe not the best singer but it were songs some of us knew so singing a long was easy. The food was very enjoyable, and served for all of us almost at... More

This little restaurant just behind the cathedral is a jewel. Very reasonably priced menu includes several steak selections. Steaks are flame-grilled within view. The side dishes are interesting and the citrus mousse I had for dessert was tasty and fresh. The staff was very attentive. It's a classy place, but they should get rid of the intrusive TV.

Delicious, fresh food! Great location, with ambiance to spare. Lovely outdoor dining in a courtyard, with tropical landscaping and a well-stocked bar. Known for their steaks, but everything we had was great. The sauces were some of the best I've had. Desserts were so-so, but then again I don't think Nicaragua is especially known for desserts. Definitely eat dinner here... More

We ate here two nights in a row. The service and the food was excellent. Their pizzas are especially good. They are thin crust with lovely topings and light cheese. We ordered 4 for a group of 8 and finished easily because they were so good! I highly recommend the Margarita pizza.

I have taken groups to this restaurant for over ten years. The food is always excellent, the service good, the decor and mood good and the prices reasonable. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
