Great Restaurant. There is a good selection of Thai & Western Food very conveniently priced. The food & food presentation is awesome. The Sunday Specials are great and the portions are BIG.

Travelling around is also about getting good and bad surprises on food and service. Dining in a Thai- 5*+ Hotel is mostly about great lovely service and acceptable or good food. In Koh Chang it is quite hard to find acceptable restaurants offering continental food, so this Kae Bae Marina should be recognised for outstanding quality and short waiting time.... More

My wife & I spent a very pleasant friday evening at this restaurant. There was a young lady singing & a young guy playing the guitar, both of whom were very good. There was also a good selection of thai & european food, complemented by very good service. We paid 600THB for 2 starters, 2 main courses, 2 beers &... More

Service faster than at Sea View Resort, ok meals, decent sauerkraut. Got stomach flu same evening, though.

Been here a couple of times and always has the THB 180 Wiener Schnitzel which is a bargain in Koh Chang. Service is swift and staff friendly. Will come back!

I visited here a few times with friends. They serve good German, Austrian and Danish food which is priced quite well. If you are unfortunate enough to not enjoy thai cuisine, then this would be a good place to eat if you ever pass through Kaibae

This place is great! The thai food is as good as anywhere thai-run or owned and only marginally more expensive (4 waiters/esses and a clean well lit restaurant are worth the extra 20 baht for your khao phad imo) but the real goodness is in the european food, in particular the schnitzel! 180 baht gets you a schnitzel as big... Roland is a great host. His staff work hard to deliver to his standards. Real German food served in a warm atmosphere. I recommend this place. David Higgs

Quite an awful place, cheap road cafe. We came here because our daughter wanted pizza and we were tired of Thai cuisine. The pizza is hard to describe - it resembles a cheese toast, I guess it is made from frozen pizza from the food store. Margarita didn't seem to have any tomato sauce in it, they brought us ketchup...

If you make it to the island, be sure to visit the Kaibae Marina in the middle of the western coast. Their Schnitzel dish is a dream come true for a mere 180 Baht. You end up with 2 giant slices, fried to perfection in a delicate braiding, just splash some fresh lemon juice on top and enjoy! On another... More
