Best indian Food ever. You will have to wait for a while. This is not a fast food restaurant. Every meal is cooked with a lot of pride and and heart. It tastes so good! Friendly service and nice prices. I recommend the Dahl soup with garlic nan bread. Delicious!!

We were a group of 8 and ordered a range of starters main course and drinks. There was a wide choice of Indian food to select from. The food took a little while to arrive, but not too long considering we were a large group and it's worth waiting for freshly cooked food. This is the best Indian food I've... More

I have no complaints about the food. The mutton shish kebab, chicken vindaloo & rice were very good. The price is also reasonable as I also had 1 big & 1small bottle of Chang beer, which came to 650THB. However the service was extremely slow but the restaurant was nowhere near full. My main course also came before my starter. A... More

We stayed 7 nights in Ko-chang and tried every kind of foods. But what we taste in this Indian restaurant is something special. so clean so tasty. Advice you to try "nan" and, chicken, lamb buriyani. I am a indian food lover but I was not sure about my girlfriend,( how she accepts hot spicy dishes). After having lunch there for... More

I love Indian food! I ate Indian food everywhere in the world and that's the best I never try. I eat there many times and I can say it's always the same: Perfect. Of course, you have to wait a long time but its normal if you want fresh food and quality. The owners are always ready to help you... More

I consider myself a healthy eater. Not a picky eater -- but a healthy eater. If I don't eat well, I don't feel good... but if I don't have a choice, I'll still eat whatever's available. Around Koh Chang, it seems your options are generally limited to Thai (which means fairly heavy on oils and frying) or European (which means... More

We have been visiting the restaurant many times, and this is for sure one of the best Indian restaurant ever. The sweet north Indian couple is so nice. They prepare the food you want, the way you want, then and there. Of course this is not the place if you are looking for a quick meal. The preparation will last... More

Went to the Emperor Of India the other day after reading the good reviews on TA. Ordered a Chicken Rogan josh and a butter naan. Rogan josh was more like a soup than a curry, and not much taste at all! Butter naan still had a lump of butter melting on it when it was served. I was the only... More

Emperor of India Koh Chang is located on Kai bae beach, just opposite the Kai bae walking street. It's a v humble structure owned by an equally humble north Indian couple. We being Indian vegeterians always have a difficult time to find food that suits our palate. Also my husband is not a great fan of Thai food. Hence finding... More
