I had one the best dish in Rishikesh. A bit expensive but very filling and beautiful flavours. Place a bit hard to find but worth the effort.

Brilliant rooftop cafe in Ramjluha, Rishikesh. Peaceful atmosphere, free wifi, wonderful food and really accommodating staff. Would highly recommend it. 😊

The food was good and the atmosphere pleasant. Seating available both on the floor and in chairs. This is a second story cafe, above shops.

Spend some time at this lovely roof top restaurant with inside and outside seating. The breakfast is good value and the main meals are fresh with lots of variety. Depak is a wonderful host and nothing is too much trouble. Just by the entrance to Gita. Ashram. Enjoy your trip to this village. It will be memorable

Had heard a lot about the Moon Dance Cafe so one evening decided to try it. Loved the outdoor seating and considering it's location it was very peaceful especially after the crowds going back and forth to Ram Jhula stopped after dark. The service is not great. The servers were friendly but not proactive and we had to constantly remind... More

Everything I have tried here is delicious! Be prepared to wait at least half hour for your food, but it's definitely worth the wait. Some of my favorites include the veggie burger, vegetable sizzler, lemon mint juice and nutella pancake. It also is on a rooftop so can be rather hot in the afternoons, but there is covered seating with... More

Service is always pretty slow, but the staff are lovely and let's be honest, who is in a rush in Rishikesh anyway? Recommend the brown rice, veges and tofu - ask for extra lemon and fresh chillis! Chai is pretty ordinary.

I'd avoided Moon dance for the last two weeks as my friends said that it was slow service so best to go at a quiet time. Tis morning I had a look in and saw only 5 customers and more staff. It's a reasonably comfortable setting as western restaurants go here and the food was below par but ok value... More

Happened to come across Moon Dance Cafe with a bunch of other yogis who had booked dinner for us. We sat on the floor on cushions, and we feasted on many different dishes - all so delicious, I would highly recommend having a meal here! The 'cheese dumplings' and the 'honey bread' were sublime! The palak paneer was great too.... More

I'm an everyday eater in Moondance. They van cook whatever you order, within vegetarian scope of dishes, of course.
