We visited this past weekend for lunch and had the full flight of beers, including their seasonal brews. I liked several of them, but some of them I didn't like at all. Didn't love any of them. Our lunches were much, much better though. Even though it took a long time for our food to come out, we really enjoyed... More

We chose to take a break from wine tasting and have lunch at Wild Wolf Brewing Company. The diversion was fun and educational regarding their beers (we like some and some others, well we are wine drinkers!) and their food was really good. A very enjoyable experience.

We ordered barbecue, brisket, pork, and ribs. Their house barbecue sauce is wonderful. Be sure to try the root beer beans. I hate baked beans, but I loved these. We have tried the other breweries in the area, but this is without a doubt the best.

It worth to visit. I will go back during my next visit to Virginia. I would recommend to sit at the bar area.

Wow how to start. Sitting area outside is fair if its not a breezy day and you dont get overwhelmed with their smell of sewage from their drain field which is 20 feet away. Food is fine, beer is horrible. So many additives and ingredients are added to mask the poor quality of the brew. Most beers are unbalanced, clunky,... More

Awesome dinning experience. Everything we ordered was well prepared to order and tasted amazing. I enjoyed the full flight of beers, but after completing mine and most of my wife's I was a little full. I prefer darker, full flavor beers and wasted too much room on lighter beers that were ok but not what I prefer. Their stout is... More

We visited Wild Wolf and really enjoyed the food and beer. There was a good selection of beers and wine and a good choice on the menu. The Ribs are especially good and the Reuben sandwiches. There are theme nights and specials and live music. Easy to good and enjoy for a long evening out.

The brewery/restaurant is located on a scenic drive in Nelson County, VA, down highway 151. Wild Wolf has a great beer garden with ponds and fountains, a dining area inside, plus a separate bar inside if you just want a beer or two. They also do live music on the weekends. Highly recommend!
