Awesome!

We were slightly skeptical because of some of the bad reviews on here, but fortunately, my experience here was excellent. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, food was nice and fresh. For the good environment and food, the price is worth every buck! Will recommend! P.S. Frog legs on... read more

It's never been the best but within the last year it has gotten horrible. Even during normal busy meal hours they never have food out and everyone scrapes the bottom of the pan. The food that is usually out but taste old as Hell. They never bring food out until 2 or 3 people start to complain. This is whether... More

Me and my family walked in at 3:30 pm to eat and at 4:00pm they changed from lunch to dinner. Even though we got the buffea all u can eat, they charged extra for dinner,bc my sister wanted a item off the buffea. We were still eating from the buffea when they changed from lunch to dinner. I thought if... More

This was the third time we tried Min's since it changed hands. We gave it another try because of some new positive reviews. We ordered take out Ala carte. This was without a doubt the WORST Chinese food we've ever gotten. I ordered shrimp fried rice and my husband ordered the Kung pao chicken. Both were tasteless. The shrimp in... More

If you are looking for good Chinese food, you do not go to a buffet. If you are looking for a good Chinese buffet, you do not go to Min's China City. Simply put, the food is awful. The buffet table offers very few selections, the vegetables are soggy, most items are one or two helpings away from needing a... More

We stopped for the lunch buffet. I expected more selections and for the staff to keep up with refilling the entrees. Sometimes they are almost empty and not hot enough to please me. The price is right for a lunch though.

This location on Scruggs Road in a strip shopping area at Smith Mountain Lake. Easy parking and inside spacious. Buffet or from menu. Chicken is a little spongy. Can get MSG free meal that is very good. Have eaten there several times and consistant service and food. Tea good and lots of windows. Next to some nice shops.
