Living for a month in Midlothian we went to Crab Louie's regularly for lunch. Always good seafood - especially the Seafood Latke. Popular with Old Southern Belles (ladies who lunch) and all the better for it!!

Oh my...we had a wonderful dinner here! We had to wait at the bar for about 45 minutes, before we were seated. I had steak and grilled shrimp. The steak was perfect! The grilled shrimp was perfect. I would definitely go back again. The food was a little pricey but well worth it!

Crab Louie's in Sycamore Square is a tradition here in North Chesterfield. Meals start with their house-made relishes and sweet breads. I am a particular fan of hazelnut crusted trout and sizzlin' spinach so good you want to lick the dish. Their she-crab soup is creamy with large chunks of tender crab. It's the locally owned place where locals go.

The restaurant is located in a historical home, therefore, it was interesting. The food, however, was not what I expected. The fried oysters were heavily breaded and the actual oyster was very small. Several different relishes were placed in small containers prior to the meal. They were fine, but not exceptional. The server brought a tray of sliced breads to... More

I was looking forward to trying out Crab Louie's since I had heard good things about their seafood, and saw an opportunity to use a LivingSocial gift certificate. Upon arriving for a late lunch/early dinner, our server did not seem thrilled to be waiting on us, even though the restaurant was not very busy. We ordered drinks, a crab dip... More

We have been visiting Crab Louie’s since their inception in 1981. Even though we have moved from the area and live 75 miles away in Williamsburg we still meet old friends there for lunch several times a year. On Sunday we enjoyed the Seafood Au Gratin which contained crabmeat, sea scallops and shrimp baked in a sherry cream sauce, topped... More

We met friends here for dinner. The waitress at first was not very cheery, but warmed up after a bit. This is a nice place that has been around for awhile. They offer many seafood dishes as well as steaks and some pasta dishes. I had the She Crab Soup, which was rich and creamy, with an adequate amount of... More

Took my group out to dinner last night at Crab Louies. Three of us have eaten there once before 10/15 years ago. One of the guys remembered the crab cakes for some reason, however we saw Chiliean Sea Bass on the menu and our mouth's watered...................Three of us got the Sea Bass and OMG, what a huge disappointment. Sea Bass... More

Had dinner here on a Tuesday night. It was our anniversary and we had not been here in quite sometime so we thought we'd give it a try. We were seated promptly and our waitress appeared in a reasonable amount of time. She took our drink orders and reappeared at appropriate intervals to ask about taking our order. DW ordered... More

My wife and I had lunch. Menu is largely seafood, but with a lot of variety in both types of seafood and in preparation...not just the usual fried or broiled. I had the shrimp scallops mornay and it was delicious, as was the ginger jasmine rice served with it. My wife had a salad that was generous in size with... More
