We had lunch here and the food as others have posted was very good. Prices are reasonable. I had the fried chicken breast and husband a Rubin. Clean! Good service.

Thunderbird Cafe was highly suggested by visitors at Massanutten Resort ... and they were spot on. Our server was very nice, the food was very good & my fruit was fresh. Having many food allergies I was happy to find out the potato has was deep fried and not cooked near the eggs.... it was just as good as everything... More

Get the combo mushroom, bacon, and sausage burrito. It's really good. My family said the bacon was good as well. They have a good selection for breakfast. Would love to try lunch and dinner the next time we are here.

We come here every year and love their breakfast. Service is friendly and you get a lot of food on your plate.

A group of 7 of us came to thunderbirds for lunch. For all but one if us, it was our first visit. The waitress was patient as we poured over the menu. We started with chips and salsa, fried green tomatoes, and cheese fries smothered in sausage gravy. The salsa was chunky and light. It tasted very fresh. The fried... More

We have eaten here almost a half dozen times whenever we are in the area. This time, we were traveling south on 81. It was supper time, and the kids saw the exit for Harrisonburg. Everyone agreed that the 15 min side trip would be worth it, and it was. Very glad we stopped by. The food was great. My... More

We had breakfast here several times during our week long stay at Massanutten. The staff is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Very convenient to Massanutten Resort.

We were there for a quick lunch. They had peanut soup, which I had never heard of. The loaded potato soup was homemade and delicious. My husband had the chili nachos and they were great. A typical cafe, industrial decorating.

We stopped for breakfast after leaving Massanutten. I had eggs and country ham with biscuits and potatoes. My husband and daughter had pancakes, personally I thought the pancakes were a little mealy, not fluffy. The biscuits were good and the country ham was great! Service was good and folks were friendly for sure!

We had breakfast here and it wasn't too busy. It is rather small inside but everyone seems so busy. The food was pretty good. I ordered over medium eggs and ended up with overdone. Outside of that it was your average home cooked breakfast. Friendly staff, clean environment and home cooking is a must stop by if traveling through or... More
